Been there, so glad to hear that your cat is well. My last one passed two years ago. Been reluctant to get another because he was the coolest smartest cat I ever had.. Miss him very much.

Welcome glad to have have a aboard

Beretta 92 FS. it ran fine but I liked absolutely nothing else about it. Grip, balance, length of trigger pull, and the most inaccurate hand gun I ever owned. Also a Beretta CX4 9mm carbine. Same issues plus it was so weird looking to me. LOL never bought anything Beretta since. Oh and a Franchi AL48 autoloader (know it was an AL not sure about the 48 part). Most unreliable gun I ever bought

Telco in Atco is not crowded and you can shot steel, but 100 yrds is the longest range. Also strict no guest policy. Two out of four anyway

Last round was 6 weeks. (Normal for my town) Got them end of September. No extra forms. I gave them mental health form but they did not need it. They said I was probable the last person to get the old short forms permits and not have to do the online process.

That's gonna look cool.

A surprising amount of pro gun people where I work even if they don't own any guns themselves. No secret that I'm a gun person. And always willing to help those who are thinking about there first purchase and want to know how to go about it. I have actually never been confronted by and ardent anti...Family, well lucky for me wife loves em as much as me and many hunters in her family. And in my family has a military and police background. For me anyway it would be more unusual if I did not have an interest in firearms. The one thing I don't do is discuss guns with people that I do not know and/or trust with that knowledge.

I like the "You give peace a chance. I'll cover you." bumper sticker.
Good one.

Yeah I did. Chit they know everything anyway. LOL when I picked up my last round of permits I asked them if the needed ID or anything. "No that's OK we know who you are", she said with a grin.

Winchester 1300/1400 is a great gun. You should be OK but get yourself some snap caps so you can check function and firing pin. If all goes well then run some light field loads through it. If they work with no problem you should be good to go.

Always wanted a Russian T-33 Tokarev pistol. Decided on its modern day clone instead. Made in Serbia, Zastava M70A in 9mm instead of the originals caliber of 7.62x25. Same as the original except it has a proper safety along with a magazine disconnect safety. Looks real cool, feels great in the hand and blast to shoot. Real happy with it. J
