While we will publish a blog article regarding Nitrocellulose and ATF's June newsletter, in the interim, please be advised that ATF reversed itself through an addendum to the June newsletter. Accordingly, ammunition manufacturing is NOT being affected at all at the current time.

Rather, ATF acknowledged that "further consultation and consideration with the industry" is necessary and that it will "conduct further industry outreach concerning wetted Nitrocellulose."

More importantly, ATF stated "In the interim, previously authorized industry practices concerning wetted Nitrocellulose will not be affected"

  2. Aside from "not us" let's not jump to conclusions about who those 500 are. There aren't many people entering the armed guard occupation.

Is this information available in other states? How did that newspaper in NY get those names or addresses (same thing) a few years back?

the information at that time was not protected  and now is.

most states protect the name of holders etc so they are not targeted.

  3. To me, the names are not important, what I would like to know is:

What is the total number of CCW permits issued by the state.

How many of them were issued to citizens that are not ex LEO, ex judges, or never held political office.

I don't see why that information could not be made public.

this was attempted last year and they said they do not have that information , just total numbers

  4. FYI Next Gens are now available

"The next gen Hexmag Series 2 has finally arrived! Available in black, flat dark earth (FDE), olive drab green (ODG) and dark gray in 10/30, 15/30, and 30-round configurations.

Here is a list of the major modifications to Series 2 Hexmag magazines:
    1. Updated feed lip provides greater reliability with a larger variety of rifles.
    2. Easier seating on a closed bolt made possible by an improved catch-pocket and lead in ramp.
3.Compatible with stripper clips making loading your Hexmags faster than ever before."

  5. Did anyone from the boards tweet Bill Spadia or Eric Scott from 101.5?  It would be interesting to bring up to CC on the air and have him put some fire under Sweeney for the hypocrisy, I know Spadia is a pretty conservative guy and he'd have a field day

I'm not on Twitter but this is a good strategy -

Is it too bold to email the entire legislature and blind copy a Jersey media personality like Bill Spadea and point out in your letter to the legislature urging their support, and also pointing out hypocrisy from Sweeney, et al? Does Weinberg have a CCW too?  LOL

they were discussing it morning after christie veto

Sign Petition Demanding Governor Christie Veto All Legislation Until NJ Has Right-To-Carry

    Sign the petition today!

Demand Governor Chris Christie veto every single piece of legislation the state legislature sends him until they pass Right-To-Carry legislation and put it on his desk to be signed into law!

We are demanding the Governor Chris Christie veto every single piece of legislation that comes to his desk until the legislature has passed shall issue concealed carry laws allowing the law abiding citizens in New Jersey to once and for all be able to legally defend themselves in public just as citizens in every single other state are allowed to do since the founding of this country.

The law abiding citizens of New Jersey demand that New Jersey once and for all respect our natural and constitutional right to bear arms by passing shall-issue Right-To-Carry legislation.

  7. I'm on the mewe group as well; still fairly crappy. A lot of old beat up stuff noone wants.

I think it's the election doing much more to the market than i thought it would. I'd love to see the statistics for how far up gun sales are right now. I just can't bring myself to go pay retail on a firearm. The prices are nuts online.. maybe if i order from buds and pay a transfer fee.

actually there is a lot of good stuff that comes thru, its gone real fast, I am admin and we are always removing a lot sold posts faster than they are put up. There's at least 5 new in box Stags on there, and seller is flexible. There was a sick new Tavor w/ upgrades yesterday and it lasted minutes. Good deals go fast and there is a few guys who capitalize on that,

  8. Maybe I'm missing something -- Newtonian made a donation -- Looks like he donated $100 and then added $15 for a patch and a T shirt

He didn't receive his stuff -- Why?   He paid for it didn't he?

But this isn't really the issue -- You guys aren't keeping your end of the deal -- It sure looks like instead of a $100 donation and $15 for a silly T-shirt you guys just marked it up as a $115 donation

Do you really expect the rest of us to take you seriously and donate to support a bunch of guys who can't even send a guy a T-shirt that he paid for.

That is the message I get from newtonian -- He's not whining -- he's pointing out your lack of integrity

After contacting the guy keeping records of donations and reviewing the backers. We P O 6 apologize for screwing up your shirt. Somehow we missed the $115.00 donation you made on June 10. We DID receive the donation. And we would like to either personally deliver a shirt and patch to you. Or we can Mail them out ASAP. This is not bullshit. Please e mail your address to partyofsix.org  Again we apologize. Dear Albert, I wanted to donate $100 but I also wanted the T-shirt and the patch. Does $115 cover the cost of those items? I'm an X-L size on the shirt :)  E mail us at partyofsix.org
