  1. For everybody who applied at the state police don't read this. Applied 12/19 in Kingwood. They contacted my references 3 weeks ago. My buddy asked the trooper how long until my permits were done. He said should be another week or two. Well called them again today to follow up. The trooper said he is seeing paperwork come in from the end of November so his best guess was another 2 months. Maybe with any luck in 2 months NICS will be instant again. Lol. I can't wait to see what you have to do to get an extension.

  2. I ordered from psa on new years day. Buckshot and 308 ammo. I was charged instantly and it took almost six weeks to get my order. At week four I called and got no answer but left a message. No return call. I sent and email and got a response the next day saying it would ship soon. When I received my order instead of the 308 they sent a different caliber that I didn't have a rifle for. I called and emailed several times and still no response. Turns out a week latter I came across a rifle in that caliber that I bought. That was my first dealing and probably my last dealing with psa.

Also never was requested for FID card.

  3. Handguns can be purchased in any state but has to be transferred to a NJ FFL. Some Cabelas will not do transfers any more. If the store is out of state the seller may charge a transfer fee and you will be charged a few by your NJ FFL. As stated long arms are fine to purchase out of state except pistol grip shotguns. They have to be bought in your home state as per federal law.

  4. You are allowed as many as you want. Realistically under normal circumstances six is the most you would be able to use with an extension. This would allow roughly 29 days of flexibility. The way NICS is now I think 5 would be tough to use.

  5. If she allegedly threatened to return with a gun, yes that would be a terroristic threat. It should be easy to prove if she did or didn't say that as its a public hearing and there should be a recoding of the meeting. As far as flipping the bird being considered a terroristic threat, that has been tried in this state and surprisingly, is protected under the first amendment. Doesn't matter if it is a cop or not. Would I be surprised if it was stretched to terroristic threats, no.

The government has steadily been increasing their disrespect for the citizens for awhile now. Sadly until the sheepeople have had enough and make their voice heard, I see this as a continuing trend.
