I know the lever action diehards are going to love this. Mossberg makes a 30-30 lever action in the ZMB series. Not a bad price and yes it is tacticooled out. Collapsible stock and rails ready to go. Just putting it out there.

Most police stations in NJ do this all the time. I know in my town they normally have some on hand and no ID just stop in and get a few. No harm in asking. If they ask for ID you can always walk away.

I have to lean towards the state police. I'm on 80 days now and nobody has seen a reference letter. Ridiculous all for a few p2p.

So when are we going to see this video thrown at us as proof that they want to lower our capacity and it's for our benefit?

Remember the movie Tremors?

The bonehead probably was to busy texting to realize. How else can you drive away from something like that. See it you can get any kind of description and keep an eye out for it. More then likely they will be by again. Glad she is ok.

Try your local police department or sheriffs office.

3. Blackpowder and pellet handgun purchases by....A. NJ resident from
........(1) NJ dealer = only a P2P and Photo ID required
........(2) NJ resident = face to face with a P2P with Photo ID suggested
........(3) Out-of-state dealer = no requirement
........(4) Out-of-state resident = no requirement
....B. Out-of-state resident from
........(1) NJ dealer = must be shipped to an out-of-state address
........(2) NJ resident = transfer must take place out-of-state
This is the part I always found confusing. If I were to purchase a black powder pistol in PA from a dealer and bring it back to NJ is it then considered illegal?
Do you have an FID card?

With the gas I luck out. I'm self
Employed so it ends up in the mower and quad at home and the rest goes into work for my equipment.

I was out 15 days from this last hurricane. I had a 1/2" chain that I had locked and welded the chain together and had that chained to a 4000 lb boulder.
I had my truck bed filled with gas cans and the bed is covered and locked. For two weeks around me gas was tough to get and was like gold. I had enough for my house and two houses with elderly people.
Where I live security is not a normal concern. Normally the dog is enough. We started having a lot of generator thefts and gas thefts. This was one of the first times I had my AR and 45 out at night.

Gun control without legislation.

i would rather see the stupid gun laws, the ones that doesn't effect us get passed, like the f2f trasfers must go through a nics check, the bills i dread like the ban on ammo sales, or the 10 round magazine bills i would hope die in the senate or cc desk.Like the rest off the proposed bills the F2F transfer is another stupid idea. As long as both parties have an FID card there is no point in having to bother with nics. All this will accomplish is complicating a transaction between gun owners. If this bill passes I would think all private sales would have to be done with an FFL dealer. The firearm would have to be paid for, fill out nics and in 3-4 days go back to pickup your purchase. The days of instant checks are done. I still cant figure out how there is a backlog on nics now. It's not like there is anything left in stores anymore. Just another example of how law makers will be making legal citizens jump through more hoops. I tell ya perfect form of gun control make everything such a pia that it is nobody bothers anymore. If they pass the fid card renewal policy I can't wait to see that disaster. Wait till you won't be able to buy ammo because you have an older card or your card is no longer valid and you applied for the new one but like all things in NJ you are still waiting.

If you made the exchange in a parking lot say Home Depot and the law say you, would they try and get you on deviation? I would imagine it would greatly depend on the area and circumstances of the situation.

Working now. Much better

I'll be there. Someone has to protect and defend the fine name and lineage of budget semi-auto CZ shotguns.
How do you like the CZ? I have been looking at one for a bit now. Also looked at a CZ o/u

Not working for me either. Pia

It is cute however how they put crap like this into an arena where they can't be corrected....No Comments or Discussion allowedI saw that and I think that pissed me off even more. I was getting served at 16 no questions asked but most of the time you couldn't buy a knife. Go figure

And this is a prime example of the problems with journalism.

Did anybody read some of the comments from the antis in this article. One word unbelievable!

How long are records kept?
in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion

As I understand it Nics only knows if it is a pistol or long arm. If its a pistol yes the state has a copy of who has what. As for the COE you get one copy and the seller keeps a copy and has to keep it "forever". If the dealer goes out of business all COE are turned over to the ATF. So if the really wanted the information it is out there somewhere. As for me I lost my collection when my boat went down in Hurricane Sandy.
