No, the gun angles descended on the store and performed a holy miracle! Until the evil libs discovered ammo was being sold at such a discounted price that they (for the childrens sake) raised the price.
Really? Did you just ask that?
Okay……not sure what gun angles are but thanks for the input. Thought it may have been a promo code for that price.
Alpo confirmed it was a sale.
-
Was that some kind of sale for that price? It is going for $14.99 now which is still a good price but $10.99 is the cheapest I have ever seen for wadcutters.

Seems like a sci-fi military gun for the home consumer.
For 10k it better turn a novice shooter into a marksman. lol

Sludog I'm sorry to say this but RUTGERS95 has taking the little sweet heart. The meet and greet went great, his family is wonderful and I felt they were perfect. I will not lie I miss her already but I know she is safe. Maybe the next one I can get my mom to keep her lol.
So now everyone gets to make Mike post pictures of the dogs!
No problem. Glad she found a good home. Looks like Rutgers95 and his boys are having loads of fun. Perfect home for her.
Great job on the "rescue" and saving this cutie.

Shooters in little egg harbor has a fantastic indoor set up for archery. Also sell lots of archery gear and they do rentals as well.
They have a women there, an experienced archer, that will help kids and adults get started for the first time shooting.

What a waste of $2.
Must be nice to be able to throw money around like that.
-
I'll buy them from you if you want to sell. I'll save them for my kid.Yes, a few of them have the star before the serial number. Even if I get $2.01 for some of them, I will be happy. I was short changed on the notary job...he claimed he had no more money even after the attorney and I agreed on a fee.
Or trade for ammo.

Great demonstration but after seeing this I would be scared shit to use a muzzleloader gun. They wasted some nice looking guns. Are these muzzleloaders guns expensive?

I got five more 1911s, one S&W model 41 .22LR pistol, and one S&W 44 magnum 4" classic 29 revolver.
HOLY COW !!!! Santa has been good to you.
Are the 1911's collector type guns or shooters?

Screw Bud's. Try Grab a gun. They usually have the best online prices but their inventory is limited.

Macy's has some great deals on bedding.
Sorry couldn't resist. Happy Holidays.

I have a 75 BD compact and was only looking for a decocker 75 model. I was looking for the full frame 75 but I was pressed for time because I had my last pistol permit to expire within days and luckily I found a compact 75 with decocker in my local shop.
I personally dislike any manual safety feature on guns and would prefer no safety at all on any pistol I bought. I think pistols look better and cleaner looking without a safety or decocker but if I had no choice in the matter then I would choose the decocker feature. Just my preference again of course but I don't think I would ever use the safety switch on a pistol. I do like and use the decocker on the CZ but only when the chamber and mag is empty and I rack the slide. I was taught at a young age that the best gun safety is your finger off the trigger.

Thinking about getting a kindle hdx for the wife for Christmas. Only downside it doesn't have many android APS available.
Would definitely join Amazon prime if I got one. I would first sign up for the 30 day free trial and then pay for the year. Get 13 months for $80.

Speaking of CZ 75 mags, do all the 75 models use the same magazines? Wasn't sure if the compact 75 is slightly different. Need to pick up at least two more for the range.
-
I just picked up a CZ 75BD last month for my birthday present (wife's permission of course). Took it out the first time last week and I could believe how well I shot the first time out. I don't know if it was the smaller sights or being a heavier gun than my other 9mm, Walther P99, but I looked like a champ at the range. lol
I was searching for a full size 75 BD but could not find one locally and I had a permit expiring within days but luckily found the compact version. I was concerned with the recoil of the compact 9mm but it seems much lighter than my Walther P99 and the barrel did not bounce around at all much like the P99 did when I shot it. I will take it out again this week and hopefully I will see the same or better results. Might even consider selling the Walther since it may not get much use now and end up getting the full size CZ 75 as well. So far I am a huge fan of CZ firearms.

King Cobra is the nuts and can be picked up for at least a $1000 less than a Python.

Anyone watch youtube sensation Hickok 45? He dry fires guns like crazy on his videos to show they are clear. I cringe every time I see him do it. lol

I just got this email. Not sure if any good deals to be had but you guys can be the judge of that.

What is your budget? Local shop/range near me ,Shooters, has a nice used S&W 5" barrel 686-3 for $675 (if I remember correctly) It looked very clean but I did not handle it and check barrel and cylinder for wear. Had a few other used wheel guns too. Give them a call and see what they have.
UPDATE…. Went to Shooters today and the 686 was sold a few days ago.
-
Alec. I agree... except the Colt King Cobra was built like a tank... relatively speaking... Same with the troopers.
the Colt Pythons... different story. SA is nice. DA is not bad... but they are really about the collectors item at this point. The fit and finish on them is top notch.
You can still find colts for a good price.
Colt King Cobra you should be able to find under $1k.
Colt Trooper Mark 3's should be $500 to $750.
As alec said... If you want a great shooter but that is a collectors item... get a colt.
If you want a gun you can shoot and have fun with... get a Smith Wesson.
If you want a gun you can shoot questionable loads through, abuse, etc... get a Ruger.
All wheel guns are fun though.
Colt Anaconda, Colt Python are still on my must get list. Kicking myself for passing up a 2.5" iirc Blued Python for $1400, (99%), or a long barreled one Paul had. ugh.
I have a King Cobra and shoot it regularly. It is a blast to shoot and the trigger is super sweet. So far no issues but now you guys have me worried about it breaking down. I love showing her off at the range and it gets a ton of compliments and once an offer to buy it. Probably get a S&W 586 this coming spring to lighten the range time on the Colt.

I placed a few bids on a 686 and almost won it but think I will go with the GP100.
The 4 inch barrel seems to be the most popular though I was considering the 3 inch on the GP100. Not sure why one is preferable over the other?
I thought this video was interesting.
Someone in the comments pointed out the section of the frame above the cylinder:

Congrats- I am over 5 months and still waiting. Glad yours came through.
Damn !!!! I thought this long wait time nonsense was over with months ago. What could possibly be the hold up? I hope you have been following up on the status.

Great shop and very friendly staff. I bought my King Cobra there thanks from a tip from Pizza Bob. Most of the gun prices I saw were cheaper than in NJ but add the transfer in and it was a wash. You do save on not paying sales tax though.

RO never bothered me when I had a bunch of old reload ammo. Maybe because I am a regular?
