  1. UPDATE: "Be sure to bring long johns and gloves and scarf and boots. Cherry Ridge says they will salt and plow the access road and parking lot even if takes all night but expect to walk on a snow filled range to put up frames and targets. We will have hot venison stew, coffee, tea, chocolate milk, and apple cider. The frame shed has an outlet and we will have a table and a crock pot. Lunch is hot dogs and venison chili as well as soft drinks and Drakes cakes/pies."

  4. This is a fun event not Camp Perry or the Olympics. We honor the Marine heritage in long arm marksmanship but you can be a beginner, amateur, casual shooter or glorified plinker. But as most events use longarms not associated with serious competition and are vintage (as well as many of the shooters) you have a good opportunity to come home with a trophy. Win or lose you will be enjoying the company of like minded individuals and be able to socialize over good food and appreciative people.
