  1. It would be great to get some targets to shoot at that go "TWANG" when you hit them.  Shooting paper sure gets old fast...

They have that. Search their site for steel nights. It's not sustainable to make that available to the gen pub.

  2. Nice! How do you like Insanity vs Insanity Max 30?

MAX 30 is effing tough, but doable. i like the simple fact that it's about 20 minutes shorter than regular Insanity.

And yes to stretching! So necessary. That & foam roller after lifting is a god send.

  3. I know I recommended Insanity earlier (which I do), but I realize that may be too much for most people to start off with...especially a workout novice.

Try T-25...only 25 minutes at home and everyone I know loves it. Will get you in shape fast. No excuse to not spare a 25 minute workout:

This is what I currently do... mixture of T-25 + Stronglifts 5x5 workout in the power rack in my garage.

T-25 is great for cardio. I skip the lower body focus & one other exercise that has too many body weight squats or jumping around. I prefer to squat with the barbell on my back. Ab Intervals is by far the best workout in the "Alpha" phase.

If you want an even harder challenge that's almost as quick, the new Insanity MAX 30 is a KILLER.

  4. Mannnnn....  I got the non-illuminated version during Black Friday.  Note - these don't come with mounts so you'll need to buy that (or rings).  I have mine on a Burris PEPR mount.  The scope is long - it may not leave enough room for you to have backup sights... Hence I got the QD PEPR.

Which model QD PEPR did you get? I see there's a 1" & a 30mm. Just got my scope yesterday. Can't wait to get a QD setup to mount it with.

  5. I definitely need to try the 320. The ergos of it look great and people say the high bore axis isn't that much of an issue. I rented & shot the VP9 last week and it was quite good. Nice trigger (albeit the glock style safety) and a soft shooter. I think I would have to play with grip configurations because whatever grips were on there (I presume the medium) were a bit big for my smaller hands. I've been deciding between the 2 for a while.
