I don't believe you. It sounds like you never had a leg to stand on in court. Now the entire body of your argument isn't even connected to your idea.I just got my CCW today after years of waiting. As some of you know I was brutally attacked several years ago. The perps cut off my legs. I applied but the judge ruled that my justifiable need was unjustifiable. Re-applied after another savage beating in which I lost both arms. Judge again said no. "If I give it to you then every armless, legless sonofabitch will want one." Then last Christmas Eve I was again accosted while stocking one of my ATMs, in a nice section of Irvington, using only my teeth and one 3-inch stump. During the altercation the bastards amputated my torso from my head. So I re-applied and the judge said, "well, alright." Had a "nose holster" fashioned from lamb skin and I shoot by spitting wooden nickels against the trigger. Single action only of course.
Denied. I'm also reporting you to the US Mint for those counterfeit nickels.

He was referring to the old Type M. No accessory rail either, which made it even nicer for carry.beretta 92fs compact thin gripped? (or single stack for that matter?) i thought they were double stack?

I'm surprised no one recommended trying either the PPQ or VP9 with the smaller grip panels installed. For reference, I comfortably handle a 92FS and enjoy the PPQ and VP9 with the medium grips, so perhaps the small grips would fit you well.
That's a rather coveted & hard-to-find selection, but a good recommendation if you're able to track one down.beretta 92fs compact, single stack,
If you're tempted down that route, try also finding an older 92FS Vertec

Sadly, my "daily driver" is the bus to Manhattan.Useful is kinda a toss up with the WRX especially the STI, in terms of being a family car.
I wouldn't mind using a Scion FRS/Subaru BRZ for a Daily Driver to work... lol.
We have a Wrangler Unlimited for more practical needs (4x4, 6 speed, tow package) so the BRZ might stay for a while longer. A WRX is a bit of a stop-gap that could actually fit enough people/stuff but still be engaging to drive. I wouldn't waste the $$$$ on the STI since it is not an around-town car.
In short, there seems to be a Subaru to fit almost every driver.

I think you left out deli meat slicer.Too bad they won't get the chair.....or the needle.... or a pack of rabid dogs.... or a tree chipper....

I have a 2013 BRZ which has been lots of fun while still drivable on a daily basis. I'll likely need to trade it since we have our 2nd child on the way, but have been strongly considering another Subuaru to replace it. I'm leaning toward the WRX with a 6 speed since it seems to hit all the criteria of useful, reliable and fun.

Mine is laminated, although no longer valid with the new laws/regs. This was a long time ago, but I think the cops told me to laminate it. I believe I bought something out of a vending machine that put two sticky pieces of plastic together over it.
What new law are you referring to? The "change of gender" law??

That doesn't make sense to me. A person can rent a bunch of houses or building and do not have to live in them for the locations to be possessed by the renter. I can rent an apartment and store guns in them without ever living in it.
Exactly my point. Thanks.

Just to confirm, 3 pages into this thread and no CCW... right?

The plain answer is no, you cannot store those guns unless your co-worker moved in with you.
That's not how I understand "real property possessed by you" to be interpreted. Renting a space in someone's basement where you can securely store and exclusively access your firearms seems no different than if they were kept in a storage unit.

I had a hunch this was coming. I bet they got a total of zero people willing to part with $1,500.

Now an oddity to PA Carry laws is PA Residents must have a PA carry permit to transport a loaded handgun on their person. An out of state license does not qualify for PA Residents for car carry. Also it isn't just car carry it is any mode of transportation including a bicycle.
That's news to me. Are you saying my TX CHL won't permit to carry concealed while driving? If so, where in the law is this specified?
-
Ive been down this path. In short, he would need a state issued photo ID confirming his residence in PA. That's either a drivers license or a non-driver ID. Subsequent to the Real ID Act, he would have to surrender his NJ license to get either in PA.Actually, reading OPs situation, I think it's debatable as to whether he can use a UT or FL permit for car carry. He'd have to argue that he isn't a PA resident despite having his name on a PA lease. Conversely, I wonder if that lease would be enough to get him a PA resident ltcf. I think it's enough for him to buy handguns in PA.
-
+1 to thisI was really in PA regularly I'd get a Texas permit and leave a second handgun in the apartment.
Maybe I missed it, but why not change your residence to PA? Lower taxes and more freedoms are a good thing.

I too have never thought of this. Ever. Not even once.Really? I have never heard of such a thing. It's impossible! I would never have thought this could be done. Even if I did I would never try it myself, despite holding a decent stash of said rounds.

That's good to know. Which council and camp was this? Do they require someone have NRA instructor cert?Just to clarify, it needs to be at one of the cub scout camps but you can shoot year round for a small fee with your pack. Our pack went a few months ago on a Saturday. They sometimes shoot at cubelos and other cub scout events as well. I just didn't want anyone to think it was only if you went to summer camp.

Just to ask... did you clean it before taking it to the range for the first time? A new gun is not necessarily properly lubed.I'm gonna clean it, lube it, slowly load up some CCI mini mag in every mag I have and go from there...

Agreed, but also keep in mind that the bolt release is righty-only.Ultimate lefty pump = Ithaca 37, bottom eject. I don't know if the safety button can be flipped.

I couldn't help but wonder if they fix cars but really wish they could fix an M16 instead.

What are you worried about? Do you have a "high capacity" colon or something? It said, "using a restroom," not taking a crap. It's clearly only for washing up. Taking a crap outside of exceptions still requires License to Give a Shit if you have a handgun in the car.There. Now we can argue about taking a crap in transit for the next six years
I'm sure there's a telescoping stock joke in here too.

Try removing the brake pads next, but only one side at a time. That will help to accelerate the wear so your mechanic can fix something.Well, I just got back from a milk run. I inspected the rotors before I left and there was a small amount of rust speckling the rotors. I fixed it good though, I sprayed WD40 and motor oil all over the entire brake system.
My guess? The flasher fluid in your dummy lights are low.

Agreed, I was just able to find them for $34.99 a few weeks ago. Once you factor in shipping, transfer and NICS, it still worked out to at least $75 a piece.
