  1. Aren't fully automatic rifles completely banned in NJ? As far as I know zastava M70 is fully automatic, with a switch between semi and full auto fire. I was responsible for one while serving the army in 1985. The design is outdated now, but it was easy to dissasamble and maintain. By the way, I have a question of my own: I am interested in Ruger 10/22 in Tacstar version. It has couple of the eveil features, like movable stock and pistol grip. I was thinking is it OK to pin the stock permanently and make it "legal" in the eyes of the law? I got confused whan I had seen it at one FFL delaer from NJ, but I forgot to send a question to them. I know that the FFL is not exactly the right source for deciding the legality of a firearm, since the cutomer needs to clear that for themselves, not the FFL place. That is the reason that I am asking you guys for advise. Here are couple of links to check out what I am talking about: http://www.tacstar.com/home/tacticalstock.php http://www.armslist.com/posts/2455377/pennsylvania-rifles-for-sale--ruger-10-22r-ts-l--22lr-tacstar-legends-camo-tactical-stock http://www.lipseys.com/itemdetail.aspx?itemno=RU1022R-TS-L Thank you.
