  1. You know plumbers are exempt from Jury Duty in NJ? We are considered essential personnel. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  2. Our group has no dictator. You can see half the group are Admin right now. It's what gunboards claimed to be for collectors by collectors. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  3. HereIt's not just for Milsurps but that is what most guys are interested in. In question #1 put NJGF if you want to join and give it a try.
  4. Facebook started deleting posts, groups, and banning accounts for a month for anything firearms related. So we went back to MeWe which is vastly improved. I have a Milsurp group there if anyone is interested. It is an alternative way of buying and selling. PM for more info. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. I agree. I have building in Jamesburg I just built another room for storage. I can simply turn it into store. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  6. So I think that it has been established anyone that wants to not pay transfers and own machine guns legally and cheap get a FFL01 and SOT. Then they can do FTF transfers for the rest for only the cost of the NICS. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. Also what law would prevent shooting full auto if you had the property licensing on private property that semi auto can be legally fired on? Law does not say you can only fire full auto in front of LEO. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. South Amboy had one too but I think that was closed because of the water front development. Old Bridge is in Morgan. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk It does if you are selling to agency and "testing" Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Probably. Just saying FFL01 with SOT is for selling non transferable full auto to law enforcement or military. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Only if he was building them. Not buying and selling already built full auto to law enforcement or military. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. I want to say it was owned by County or State for Sheriffs office. I'm sure there are a lot of police ranges many don't know about I know there is one in Monroe and Old Bridge as well. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Another lawsuit idea. NJ restricts magazine limits on semi autos but full autos in NJ can have 100 round drums. Equal Protection Clause Violation. If you are rich you get special treatment in NJ. Crickets from ANJRPC. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  13. It can be done. Many towns still allow home based FFL. I know Manalapan does since the code official is a Home Based FFL01. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk FFL01 with SOT doesn't need judge. Collector does. Any collector that can afford multiple transferable MG will get approval, and probably has CCW. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  14. The way I read NJ law FFL01 with SOT is not restricted from owning MG. For that matter there is no Mag restrictions for Non FFL who get judges Permission to own MG Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  15. I would get FFL01 for the SOT. A M2 Carbine non transferable sold the other night for $2,500. Plus I am jealous seeing these kids shoot non transferable Stg44 that they paid $1,500 for. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  16. I believe my finger pointing was directed at FFLs in Leadership Positions not all FFLs. However let's face it the laws do benefit all FFLs. The suggestion of loss leader is just that a suggestion. There is no need to quit your job to get a FFL. Those kids are have regular jobs and a website Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
