Did not receive the shipping reimbursement or the product voucher. I mentioned that in my email to them using their "contact me" on the website. Let's see if I get an answer.

Just received a check for $674. I sent in two 553's valued at $679 and $674. Nothing on the stub or check referencing a claim number or serial number. Hopefully the $674 is not for both sights. I have a message into them, but their responsiveness has been lacking so far.
