    Hey guys, I'm looking for a minimalist cheek riser for my Ruger Scout Rifle. I'm not into the Karsten style, nor am I into the add-on pouches. I bought an Accu-Riser, but I would prefer to just have the rubber top piece over the edge that would screw into the top of the stock. The channel isn't wide nearly enough, so it won't stay in place without drilling holes thru the top.. Any clean looking DIY projects? Here's a stock photo. I'd prefer something that didn't protrude down the sides nearly as far. I could trim it, but I'm not sure how clean I could make the cuts. I was thinking of buying u-channel shaped rubber, but I couldn't find anything in the right size.
