Thanks, that clears it up. Bless the bureaucrats & political hacks.

As of Dec. 2021 I was getting NIC clearance in a day, on Monday i did an NIC for a new S&W and was told 4-5 days. Does NJ law over-ride the Federal 3 day max requirement?

Took my user name here because of how much I have liked dealing with Shooters and being a range member for several years. Top notch business, great inventory and facilities.

Why not just call/email a cancellation?

P&K Guns in Manahawkin, they did my Beretta, installed fiber optic on my APX Centurion, which is no straight-forward task. The design calls for special tooling, and they did a great job. If you call or message them on Facebook page they respond quickly. (609) 597-4646

Very nice, Congratulations.

If he was caught in Nj like that, his father's connections would eliminate any real penalty. Meanwhile the old man & his Dem. cronies can think up some new restrictions to put on the rest of us.

My last two orders went well, to my surprise.

I have 2 friends who use AOL. Why I have no idea, but they are seniors. I laugh every time I use them for my Permit application references.

I live there and only get cautious stares from neighbors when I leave home with a range bag or rifle/shotgun case. Only real good "gun talk time" I get is when my next door neighbor is here and not in his SC home.

Thank you, that's good news.

Yes, I encountered that with my own local PD, good folks to work with pistol permit wise, but outsource printing to IdentGo as well. Not all of them offer ink printing I needed for Florida, and the closest one was in north Jersey more than an hour from me. Lucky to find Lacey Twsp. which is only a 15 minute drive.

If I sell a pistol in NJ to an individual, do dealers also charge them sales tax plus the FFL transfer? Would be helpful knowing when setting a fair asking price. Thanks

I need readers to see my front sight well pistol or rifle, and distance(which I wear for driving, TV etc) to see the target hits beyond 7 yards. Should I look for top or bottom reader scripts? Appreciate advice.

Some police agencies still do prints as well. I called around Ocean County and found Lacey Township did them no cost, 2 copies and they were as pleasant and accommodating as possible.

I've always been a fan of Broadway, and this has all the elements of the theater. The drama awaiting their decision and the wording therein, the comedy of over-reactive wailing & weeping by progressives if it turns in our favor, and finally how interesting the choreography by them here in NJ in an attempt to dance around the ruling with new schemes and repressive regulations. They surely will not "Go gently into that good night" as warned by Dylan Thomas, but will surely "Rage rage against the dying of (their)light"

The Firefly still comes with two recoil springs, anyone with continuing problems should try both to see if it helps. I personally never had to with any of the ammo I mentioned before.

I was told the problem was the need for live fire cert. All other aspects acceptable and ok'd. Anyone know s certified instructor who would do range portion without the full class? I've submitted my phase one classroom cert already. Really appreciate any help.

Because of one thing. The liberals have the numbers and they vote...we came close to defeating Murphy & his ilk in the last election, but the heavily populated urban vote was the deciding factor. I'm afraid that even with a favorable ruling by the SCOTUS they will find some way, either by reworded regulations or burdensome fees to circumvent any restoration of our rights.
