They ceased to be the "Authority" on sports long ago, and I question the hubris of naming yourself in that fashion.
Their business model has confused me for quite a while. I went in to purchase a hunting and fishing license this year and they discontinued that as well. Ok - drive around the building to Walmart... They were practically as useless (to me) as Modell's.

L&H will hand you anything off the wall that you want to look at without needing to see an ID card. They will talk your ear off about guns. It's a true brick and mortar, and is not a chain. Personally I like the place. It's comfortable without being like the Barber Shop in Grand Torino.
