On a related note, I think Troy was trying to hustle us. I watched him use Ken's HD gun and he hit almost every single clay (if not all of them). He was doing left/right practice swings between throws and everything. If he suddenly wants to put money on an "impromptu match" I'm walking awayI swear...... 1st time shooting clays...
I almost felt wierd after hitting like I did  ..... To me .... compared to shooting a pistol, I could see the clay clearly, and as soon as it hung for a second it didnt seem so bad.
I am sure sporting clays would be much more difficult.....
Beginners luck..... I swear....
Tough part is..... I cant afford a shotgun really at the moment.... I need to be under $200 for me to make the jump...

I like where the release is better then on the Mossy...... Ken watched me fumble everytime with his
870 is a good choice. Can't go wrong with one. What "release" are you referring to tho? (not being a smart a** - genuinely curious as to what was giving you issues on the Mossy)
Ken knows what I am referring to..... some thigamagig that lets the watchamacallit slide back....

I wish I had kept some pictures of my sister's GTO. 1970, RamAirIV 400 ci, M22 four speed and a 3.55 rear. But who cared. Gas was all of 50 cents a gallon. The day it was delivered the rims can off and American wheel went on with wider tires. I learned to drive stick on it although it wasn't that hard with that much power.
She regrets selling it to this day.
By the way, are they factory rims on it? they look slightly different.
They are 15" Pontiac Rally I's ..... but done in Chrome

Redlines - it would look purrfect with redlines. You will have to pry my RWL tires from my cold dead hands

On a serious note....
It looks like I can actually purchase a shotgun and bring it home from a Pa. show...
What should I look for?
Remington 870 is I believe the most common....

I'll probably get there around 12:30 or so. If anyone needs my cell #, PM me.$11.00 is a good price. A couple of bucks less than the stores, and I'm sure some $ goes to the organization. I'll be buying there from now on.
I will try and get there early also....

Well, I am a Service Writer @ Norman Gale Buick / Pontiac / GMC in Cedar Knolls right where Rt287 and State rd 10 meet.....
We have a good group of techs and hopefully you guys would trust me....
I have no issues working on freinds vehicles here, and long as it comes with the understanding I will do the best we can here....
It is a dealership, so our labor rate might be higher then what some guys are looking to pay...
We try to run the place like a small town dealer, and have a nice following...
