    Just submitted the online claim. Hoping we only have to mail in the slide. As otherwise, they wont be mail the complete handgun to us back, and have to go to FFL.

     

     

    Nah....... it can go back and forth directly.....

     

    I had to send mine back for service when I 1st got it..... it came back just needing an adult signature.....

    So this Saturday I am signed up to do the CCW Seminar in Sussex County to apply for my Florida CCW permit.....

     

    Obviously I wont be making too much use of it, but I want it. My sister lives in NC, and my parents live in Florida..... and I would like to carry when I want to when visiting them....

     

    Does anyone have any recommendations as far as IWB holsters or a place where I can try a few on?

    OK.... I have a buyer for the Beretta 92FS. He lives in Indiana. He has a FFL set up on his end.

     

    What do I have to do on my end?

     

    It is up to his FFL if he wants to accept the gun straight from me? or a FFL?

     

    I would think its safer to go from FFL to FFL.... but do I have to?

    To be a legal shoot.............. He must be in the house, and you must be in fear of your life...

     

    NJ's little caveat to the Castle Doctrine is a grey area..... It says if you have an opportunity to flee the scene, instead of using deadly force, then you should do so.....

     

    Good luck proving that......

     

    I would think in nearly every case they wouldnt charge you for protecting your home...

    I had a bad brick of .22lr, sent them a nice letter, with the flap from one of the boxes that showed the production day, they sent me a check to buy another brick....

    Welcome to the forum!!

     

    I am also new around here.

     

    You can also look at the S&W M&P series. I know the mag release can be switched to the other side....

     

    I also have a Beretta 92FS For Sale, and if you are near Morris County, You are more then welcome to try it.

     

    In fact, if you are local to me, and want to try my MP9, let me know.....
