Yes. You should have a non resident CCW from a state that is reciprocal with PA to bring your gun(s) to PA. Per Jersey law you are not going to/from a range, FFL, gunsmith etc.

You can have it shipped with the high cap mag but your FFL should not let you take it home. At least that's what my FFL did. I knew this ahead of time.

I did a quick scan and didn't see any one mention the Kel Tec RFB. I know they are hard to get and cost an arm and a leg but I can't wait to get one.
