I would call a lawyer! one who specializes in hand gun law. As faras i have heard Evan Nappen, esq is top rated here in NJ. I heard that from my firearms instructor. You are touching on a very delicate legal question that should only be answered by a lawyer.

I am a jeweler and I have state of the art system. It is all hardwired with all the bells and whistles. the wireing is extremely neat and so was the job from start to finish. I have recomended him to others and all very happy. no service contract and monitoring is around 20 a month. Tappan Alarm out of west milford. I have never had a problem. and the install was more than fair!

Hi all! I have been into hand guns the last 15 years. Ive been advocating ccw in this state for a while. seems we are fighting a lost cause. hopeful that Mcdonald vs Chicago might make a slight difference. I do have my FL and Utah ccw cards and suggest everyone take the steps to get theirs too! Its good to support the CCW movement to leagalize CCW in all states.

This is important, because it states very clearly that even firing a warning shot over an intruders head is considered deadly force. Warning shots are not legal in NJ!

I love mine! It is heavy, but is well supported on a good gun belt. I have never had any hiccups, not one with mine. double action first pull/ single on the second makes it a very nice shooter. this takes some getting used to, especially for someone who has only shot dbl action before. If you want a gun that is nearly indestructable, this could be it. thhe only thing I really dont like is the mag disconnect saftey.
