"Additionally, owners of the exempted vehicles will be sent a notice (below) six (6) to eight (8) weeks before their vehicle would have been due for inspection. Owners should remove the inspection sticker once it expires and keep this notice with their vehicle."
Can be found here...
Thanks for grabbing the link!

Check Usajobs.gov for any law enforcement openings in the federal government. President Trump just came out with executive orders related to immigration and the border. There will at some point be openings in ,Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Border Patrol, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Check once a week, early in the week as the job announcements are only open for a week or two.
This is a better idea. If you start as a police officer in NJ today at say, 30 years old, you won't reach full retirement until 65. That's wayyy too old for a street cop.

So the good news is, no more inspections for my 86 Porsche. The bad news is that the roads are still littered with idiots that have one or more brake lights out. There is no longer any inspection for bulbs etc. because 84% of cars passed anyway so why waste time and money. Now, nobody checks their car the day before inspection so they have no idea that something needs to be fixed. When was the last time anyone was ticketed for a repair item? I guess speeding tickets are better revenue generators.
Can't speak for everyone but most of my coworkers and I prefer to issue the no point low-cost summons instead of the mandatory court appearance points ticket if we even feel that a summons is appropriate.
This is why I bought a 94 Suburban...which I love. Here's the million dollar question though.... what to do about the old inspection sticker? Leave it, take it off, write "N/A" on paper, remove old sticker and place it where the sticker used to be? I called local PD but they literally said, "Get it inspected anyway." Yeah, sure.
Scrape the sticker off of the windshield. This is what the MVC requests and it catches my eye less than an expired sticker.

Looking for an njgf member or an njgf member recommendation to mount and balance 225/50/17 tires for my wife's Acura. Tires are showing up Tuesday and I'd bring the tires and wheels with me hopefully on Wednesday. Thanks!

I have a bunch of spent oddball rifle cases if you're interested in picking them up in Somerset.

Congratulations Eric! When they see your enthusiasm and knowledge of military firearms, there's no way you won't be offered a full time position.

I hired these guys recently and was very happy with everything. http://www.ctsbarbque.com/catering--events.html
Not sure if they'll travel to you but they're worth contacting.

Buy good gear that covers you appropriately and armor that will stop the rounds you need to it. Take the 30-45 seconds and gear up correctly - "haste makes waste" has never been truer then when you are scared and heart rate legs 200.
You only have the rest of your life ahead of you. "Go slow - but hurry up about it" is what you need to rememebr.
Don't get wrapped around the axle on how fast you can throw it on. All PCs can be put on quick enough with practice - yes, you need to practice getting dressed
I stop immediately when I get a hot call, get out, put on my armor and sling my rifle, before driving to the meet up/deployment point for the call.
Don't be donning armor in view of the crisis scene.
This is the carrier I have for patrol:

I put three rifle mags across the front with an IFAK and smoke grenade on the back.
Great advice, and who I was hoping would chime in. Ive never even held a pc let alone put one on, so I was unaware what it took to deploy. Thoughts on ceramic vs steel?

How much quicker can these so called rapid deployment plate carriers be put on, and is it significantly quicker and easier than going with a traditional PC? If so, what options are out there? I'm looking for a carrier that can be tossed over concealable body armor and secured with one hand quickly while moving if need be.

Why does anyone buy a revolver that shoots shotgun ammo? Every time someone has evaluated that novelty its been shown to be less effective than any other traditional handgun for self defense.
The answer? Because it's cool. The whole backbone of the pro 2a argument is that you should not have to show a reason or a purpose for buying any type of self defense tool. Why question the OP?
To the OP; I don't like the idea, but if you do, rock on with yo bad self!
