Here's a starting point for you:
https://twitter.com/aarontanglaw?lang=enBio from the article
"Aaron Tang is a law professor at UC Davis and a former clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor"
right here is your answer.

If done in the standard format where the centerfire classes need to knock the pins 3' back off of the table, you want fairly stout loads and heavy bullets will perform better than lighter ones. Momentum wins over kinetic energy here.
Pins tipped over but not knocked from the table will chew up a lot of time and ammo, as they tend to spin around with subsequent hits--so try hard for solid hits that knock them clear on the first shot.
Rimfire classes just require the pin to be knocked over.
Know where your ammo hits.
45acp SWC are king!
Also being able to hit the pin when laying down is crucial.
Pin tops for .22's?

I was fortunate to work with Jimmy for 3+ years. He did many great things there.

You know, there are other places that offer a long range course.
I have not taken his course but I know that he is a great instructor.

I'd sort it and offer it up here. Many reload and would gladly buy your brass.

Any Dillon press is a fine choice. Consider not just the speed of the press, but also the cost and the conversion time if you want to switch between calibers. If you load a bunch of calibers, caliber conversion kits get expensive for the high-end presses, and it takes a lot of time to do the conversion. I went with the 550, because I can change calibers in 15 minutes for not-too-much money, and the 400 rounds/hour I average with it is plenty for my needs. If you shoot high volume of one or two calibers, one of their higher-end presses makes more sense.
I currently have a 650 and changing calibers takes less than 5 minutes with a complete tool head change. slightly longer if I'm switching primer sizes.
