While I didn't buy it, the Dicks at Stafford had it in stock. I know you can never have enough, but I have enough.

I know every town is different, but when I installed my wood stove the fire department inspected it.
After I had a 2nd floor put on my house, my stove didn't burn correctly. I called a chimney company (even though I clean it myself) and when the worker came in he took a look and said add one more pipe outside to get a better draft. No charge, couldn't even give him a tip. IIRC it was quite a while ago, I think the company was called Smoky's and was located in Forked River. Good luck to you.

Today I was at the commissary at McGuire AFB. They were selling 30 round PMags. Is this allowed since it is a Federal property and not part of NJ?

Most people don't have a problem using a full auto BCG, but the extra weight (although not much) might be the reason you are seeing poor ejection. Just a thought.

how much ya wanna bet that the teachers union suddenly wants to keep that shit here now?
I'll take that bet. We had common core.

I was at the Stafford Dicks Sunday, they said they hand no 22Lr. in 1,000 rounds. Today I called, they said they have it, take my time getting there. Get to the store, 1 box limit, 1 box left in stock. Most likely gone by now.

Just for something to do, I was searching the internet for the CCI AR tactical after reading this post. No one seems to have it, and strange enough it is not listed as a product on CCI's web site. I see the OP saw it at Cheyanne Mountain, but a lot of the sites say discontinued. Is it still being made?
Sorry, my bad. I did see it at the CCI web site, just took more digging. I was getting worried that something may have been wrong with it and I still have several boxes of it.

Welcome,
Since you live in Wall, I would suggest you put an application in for the Monmouth County Rifle and Pistol Club. They are nice people and the fee is very reasonable.

I bought 2 cases of Remington Gun Club with the BOGO and they also had RIO, and Federal with the same deal. For their 5.56 American Eagle 62 gr. the price was $49.99 for 150 rounds. Dicks in Stafford seemed pretty stocked up. I didn't ask about 22lr.
-
I went today and they still had plenty of 5.56 American Eagle 62gr.green tip for $49. I had a $15 coupon so with tax I paid $38. They also had the cans of 420 and boxes of 120 5.56.

That's a nice shotgun. I have the 870 Express and want to upgrade to a wingmaster. I'll have to sell my Weatherby SA-08 and my S&W MP 15/22 to buy one.

Grainger. I order them all the time for work. You need to know what cartridge you need.

I was at the range on Wednesday and thought it looked better than I have seen in the past. Having said that, I haven't been there since last September.
-
I have shot their .223 and 5.56 both new and reman without a problem, close to 1,000 rounds. I have their 115 gr 9mm new but haven't had the chance to try it out yet.

I have a Verizon wireless phone plan and was offered the Samsung Galaxy 2 for $10 per month on a 2 year plan and came with 1GB extra. 4 G and Wi-Fi. I ended up with 5 for everyone in the family. My wife already owned the ipad, we had 2 Kindles, one of which died. We have had them for 4 months and everyone is happy with the purchase.

What's a brick of cci .22lr going for now a days?
I paid $29.99 with shipping for 500 CCI Blazer from Cabelas this past weekend.
-
I had to order by phone, I couldn't do it by the website. Thanks.

If you're looking for a red dot check out the Bushnell TR-25...I have one on my AR and its been rock solid for over a year..should be even better on a .22 I got mine at Cabelas for under $80..
I agree, I bought mine last year when Bushnell was giving a 25% rebate and ordered it from Cabelas also. I put it on the AR-15. Worth the investment. You may also consider the P223 from Nikon. At the right time you can get it with mounting for around $150.

I know the father, I just saw him a few weeks ago. What a shame!

Advice on bows for children under 10.... Would a compound bow or a recurve bow be better? I'm leaning toward a compound and was considering either a Martin Genensis (or Jr?), or more likely a Diamond Atomic. Also looked at a Bear Brave. I would consider a recurve bow for them, but I am not familiar with them. It would be for a 6 and 8 year old.
Since I will be doing it with them, I was looking at a Martin Jaguar recurve bow with a 45 or 50 lb pull weight? Any opinions? Should I consider a compound bow?
Thanks!
I am with a 4-H shooting club in Ocean County. I don't think you want a recurve with a 45 or 50 lb. pull for a child under 10. 24 would even be a bit much unless they are a big kid. I just set my daughter who is 13 with a 35 lb recurve and my 15 year old son with a 51 lb pull compound.
The Genesis is a very popular compound that you can adjust and will be happy with as a first bow.

That is a good price. I have the scope and I like it. OpticsPlanet at times takes forever for delivery, that would be my only hesitation.
-
Thanks for the quick responses. Assuming the scope is picked out what do you need to consider in a mount? Any links to appropriate mounts on cabelas?
Cabelas recommends the P mount sight for that scope IIRC. I bought mine from them last summer. Nikon offers deals on that model every so often.
5.56 at Dicks

The sale started last Sunday for 420 rounds of 5.56- 55 grain on stripper clips with ammo can for $159.
Yesterday, I was going to Costco in Stafford and called Dicks to see if they had any left. I was told no by a young guy on the phone. This morning after doing some yard work I called Dicks and got the older gentleman I usually talk to. He said they had one box left. He put it behind the counter as I told him I would come down and buy it. He was nice to put it aside for me, we do talk for a few minutes when I go into the store every time.
It was hard to see, but they did still have the Federal 22Lr. for $19.99 and it looked like some kind of CCI in a box with 200 rounds. Couldn't tell for sure which CCI it was and the salesman was busy and I didn't want to hold him up.
