  1. When random acts of violence like this happen we find that they happen for the stupidest reasons. Dude probably didn't get his change or something from a cashier that gave him popcorn and now he went off the deep end.

I think the force will be strong with the anti's today. It's a shame and I feel for the families of the people that were murdered. The guy behind this is a sick fugg.

  2. It's from the Maryland law review and it is academic supported work with facts. Not like the b.s. the brady campaign spits out to move its agenda. It's good to see the crime rates drop when right to carry is enacted. It is also going to be interesting when we see the statistics in Maryland have a report done on them. You can check it out here: http://www.law.umaryland.edu/academics/journals/mdlr/print/articles/71_4_1205.pdf

If you're not going to read it, basically it is states that when right to carry is enforced, crime rates drop as a result.

  3. Same here in Paramus. By the way, when they do record the purchase handgun or rifle ammo does this get sent to anyone? Does it just stay in their records?

13:54-3.16 Records available to Division of State Police

Records are to be retained by the dealer and shall, for administrative and law enforcement purposes, be made available

for inspection during reasonable hours to any member of the Division of State Police.

    13:54-3.17 Records to Superintendent

Upon discontinuance, termination, expiration or revocation of a retail dealer license, the retail dealer license and any

employee licenses shall be forwarded to the Superintendent within five business days.

  4. So if anyone wants to know what is up checkout N.J.A.C. 13:54-3.14 Permanent record of receipt and disposition of firearms and

    ammunition, section (b).

    (b) Every retail dealer of ammunition shall maintain a permanent record of ammunition

acquisition and disposition. The record of purchase or acquisition shall consist of invoices or

other commercial records, which shall be filed in an orderly manner separate from other

commercial records maintained. Such records shall show the name of the manufacturer, the type,

caliber or gauge, quantity of the ammunition acquired in the transaction, the date of each

acquisition and from whom received. The record of sale or disposition shall be maintained in a

bound form and shall contain the date of the transaction, name of manufacturer, caliber or gauge,

quantity of ammunition sold, name, address and date of birth of purchaser, and identification

used to establish the identity of purchaser. The dealer shall confirm the age of the purchaser of

rifle and shotgun ammunition to be at least 18, and handgun ammunition to be at least 21. No

record need be maintained for the sale or disposition of shotgun or rifle ammunition. However,

sales or other dispositions of ammunition intended for use in any other firearm and which may

be interchangeable between rifles and handguns, as well as hollow-nosed or dum-dum

ammunition, must be recorded. The records shall be maintained in chronological order by date of

acquisition and disposition and shall be kept at the location the business is being conducted.

So yeah that's the wording, if they asked me for my FIPC I'd tell then eat snot and walk out.

  5. Well I read the whole slew of documents and it is one big cluster fugg. The ATF did let weapons walk but not intentionally. Voth led his team and his team was shit, they had too much internal fighting. Dodson went above Voth's head to his supervisor to get permission to sell firearms to Isaiah Fernandez. The firearms were never recovered unlike the ones sold to informants. Dodson acted with Voth's supervisors approval not Voth's then blew a whistle cause he knew his a** was going to cook.

The whole lot of them need to be removed from positions and Holder's head should roll. 1.) We now have a pretty large segment of the population informed that Mexico gets its guns from us (false as all of them were FBI informants). 2.) Holder is the man in charge, it all crosses his desk. 3.) Election year or not, this whole thing was just wrong. Why was the FBI stinging a ATF operation? Also one big thing here that is not pointed out by Issa is why the hell didn't the AZ prosecutor and attorney generals move faster. Voth repeatedly attempted to get them to prosecute but they didn't for months. Only after the officers death did they get moving cause they knew they were in a world of hurt.

All of them need to answer, also throw the AZ attorney general and prosecutors office in there too, they are definitely at fault.

  6. Cameron is an awesome instructor and this class really opened my eyes. Taking what Cameron taught me going forward I now have a safe understand of how to use my rifle coupled with plenty of practice from the days shooting to get a good feel for the rifle. I look forward to taking the Defensive Carbine course in September.

  7. But thank god it isn't a hate crime! The victim was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Oh well.

From my understand and from what I have seen in the media it is only a hate crime if it is white on X crime, not X on white crime. So the legal defense is saying the killer just had a miscarriage so somehow this is a defend-able action? :facepalm:http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/texas-nurse-accused-killing-mom-abducting-baby-miscarried-article-1.1063921
