Thanks. So, if I were to purchase it and send it to the FFL can I shave the bayo lug off in the store to make it legal? I'm in Bergen County and the closest place would be Meltzers.

Hello everyone. I intend on purchasing the Saiga listed in the following link and description as soon as I get my FOID. My question is; is it legal to own in the non-free State of N.J.? Here is the link and the weapon description.
