There was no conviction the judge dimissed the case when she told him she lied , i wish i knew about it before applying for my permit but now they seen the it pop up and even tho it was dismissed it still gives them an oppertunity to deniey it , which a think i can appeal it and get my permits because it was dismissed , and even getting the expungment they will find out again if i appy for any more permits because of the question on the app have you ever been denied a permit so sort of a chatch 22 . Only thing good is that the officer said i shouldnt have a problem since it was dismissed,

Yea what makes it worse is that i have the 45 i want on layaway , so now all i keep thinking is the worse .

So if the chief denies it i may still be able to get them on an appeal , hopefully it doesnt play out that way and they just issues them

If it does get denied even if i get it expunged you still have to then check the box have you ever been denied a permit so there gonna ask about it anyway is that correct.

yea it was just a little unnerving thincking you have a spotless record and this pops up, wonder if there somthing that can be done to remove it .

Ill give you the quick run down and ask for your thoughts, 2005 girlfirend losses her job and instead of trying to get a job sits around and drinks all day this goes on for a while i tell her find a job to help pay the bills or leave she gets pissed and to be spitfull calls cops says i hit her and i get a TRO so we go to court and she tells the judge she lied and said it cause she was pissed off and drunk , judge almost threw her in jail, so charge was dismissed and i get my guns and fid card back. have bought a bunch of long guns since then but no hadguns , 2/12/13 i apply for 2 pistol permits a few days ago i call just to check up on the porgress and the officer tells me that the dismissed charge showed up and the chief wanted to see the old file , the officer who does the firearms stuff tells me it was dismissed and shouldnt be a problem i should get a call in a few days , but i was told that last week as well. I tought since it was dismissed and she admitted she made it up that itwas never there i this somthing i need to worry about and or i is what i need to do to , or should i just first wait and see if they call next week. Ive had this happen to me many years ago , My motor blew so the car sat in front of my house for months got a red sticker to move it and the next day got a ticket for unregiserted vehicle , When i called the PD to ask about the summons they told me if they car is parked on a public road then yes they can summons you for both unreg, and no insurance , if the car was park in my driveway or just on my propierty then they cant say anything. Every once in a while a shop by me has PMC for $11.99 for a box of 20 , I havnt seen anything cheaper then that, I t seems that alot of shops are putting there inventory on gunbroker instead .

I think the uhaul on rt 37 rents them my safe was 680lbs and i rented the heavy duty appliance one and worked fine ,i didnt however needed to go up stairs . John

The mags were 24.99 each he just got another 15-22 in so he may have some in the back. but tips had 2 short mags and 1 full size mag in stock as of yesturday when i was there.

to be honest these guns are not costing me anything so to speak im an a electrician and i save all pieces of scrap and pile it up so far copper has bought me a new mathews bow a bushmaster xm15 and will buy both these pistols me and my wife sit watch tv and strip it because bare wire pays 3.50 a lb and ill take down around 3-4 hundered pounds every few months its really the only way i can treat myself plus having a great wife that says just buy it if you like it .

what ammo do you guys recomend for 45s

yea its a tough choice they had around 20-30 1911s there and evryone looked nice the rails i dont mind even tough id prob wouldnt use it.

the springfield was $1199 . The two tone od is relly nice , the colt is nice but really pricey at 1899 and the scorpion was 1049 from what i remember unfortunly i only put in for 2 permits LOL

Hey all I have 2 permits on the way and looking to get a couple 45s since ive never owned one so i was at the sporting goods picking up a tikka 270 and ive look down in the case and seen a springfield that i been looking at for a while so the owners says i can put a deposit on it to hold it since guns are flying of the shelfs so i put a deposit on this one. so as im looking around ive came across 2 more 45s that i like and would like to get your guys thoughts on them and get your opinions to burn my 2nd one on. the first is a colt special goverment. and the other is a sig scorpion thanks for your help John

Yea i was looking at the CJRPC site ,looks like they have evrything covered as far as what ever you have to shoot , I have a new xm15 and mp 15-22 rifle i need to break in plus 2 permits on the way LOL hd200 were in sayreville you live im orig from sayreville as well lived on hart street behind wilson school and on main st by the old PD
