  1. When i did mine, and i just logged onto the huntercourse.com site it gave me this:

You have successfully completed the Online Hunter Education Course for the state of New Jersey!

You should now be prepared to take your Hunter Education Field Day, to get your Hunter Education Certificate! To book a Field Day in your area, click on the link below.

Remember, you can access the course material any time leading up to your Field Day.

    Next Steps:

I just clicked on the print your field day voucher, and it saved a pdf copy of the voucher to my computer.

  2. From the NJDEP Site:

Field sessions and exams are offered at at least one location throughout New Jersey every weekend (excluding holiday weekends) beginning in March through November (except July when only weekday classes are held). Sessions are also held on several weekdays throughout the year for added convenience.

    FYI:

Most testing sites/dates allow walk ons. Not all people show up for the test. Out of about 100 people at mine, 80 showed and had about 10 walk ons. I have never heard of them turning anyone away, unless you don't have your paperwork in order.

  3. Nuclear, Bravo, Bravo, Bravo! What a great match!

You folks hit it out of the Park!

Plenty of variation and challange btwn the stages...I like those what say 65 foot shots. And stage 5 with the plate rack was unbelievably fun.

The match is run so effeciently, I still have 1/2 day to go.

    Keep up the great work!

PS Great match, Great People, Great weather, dosn't get any better!

    +100

Was a great day. Plate rack was a nice curveball.

  4. CJRPC is always an option.  Low ready is never a problem. I just started last year shooting steel and was flustered, I slowed down and learned a lot from the experienced guys there. Always have a blast! Now that summer is over, I can make CJ in about 1hr from where I am, which is close to you. Not so much a problem in the morning but later in the day traffic is a bit more coming home.

  5. I went, ammo was present. People had some 22lr, but was about $50-$70 a brick, (I didn't see anyone buying any) depending on kind. There was plenty of 9mm, 223/556, 40, 45, prices were high, but it seems to be the norm all over now. Lots of AR's even jersey ones. Big line at opening "IN" the building at the re-loading guy in the corner. 10rd PMAG's going for $30-$50 at the same tables the 30rd were like $18 LOL. Tried to haggle for a few things, some just for $5 and got the flat out NO, so i moved along. Same old crap though. 1 guy did have a new Tavor priced for $1950, was a pretty nice rifle. Saw a Sub2000 in 9mm/Glock Mag for $599, and 10/22's were all over the scale from $250's to $399. Lots of people buying guns, a lot of the better tables were pretty full running PICS.
