Actually, I did. The law was confusing in that a pump shotgun can also be viewed as semi-auto (one shot per trigger pull). I also did a search under the forum. It showed nothing at the time which prompted me to ask.

Berdan primered brass are usually not easily reloadable so most don't bother with it. In fact, I'm not sure you can even get the Berdan primers....if you want to reload, stick with brass boxer primed ammo.

Ok, I sent pictures and website link of the BC 1.5 to two different NJ FFL's and both said it is close to being a flash suppressor but it is good to go in NJ. What the hell am I looking at that will make the difference???

Ok, I need to know if the Battle Comp 1.5 is NJ legal. I would like to hear from any FFL in NJ that can tell me because my local gunstore says no but the manufacturer is saying yes.
