Citarelli‘s only platform was “I’m not Phil Murphy”. While that is a platform to base a campaign on, it isn’t much of one.

Wow, the argument for restricting magazine capacity is so that in a mass shooting, people have time to get to safety during the reload. This clearly shows their massive ignorance or blatant lies.
The argument is demonstratively false considering there have been a non-zero number of mass shootings where the shooters used small magazines.

Typical state fear-mongering arguments. Them pushing that numbers don’t equate to common use is nonsensical.
Judge asking about ruling for the standard capacity mag ban but against AR (features) is concerning. Smacks of interest balancing which is explicitly forbidden under Bruen.- 2

I like what another person said: strip it down to just the lower and leave it up on a cinder block.

In NJ a Right is only for the left due to all the jughandles.
I agree though that there was zero reason this case stalled back at the district level the second time. Even the CA case that was remanded all the way down has hit the 9th again.

Probably a bad analogy. Car manufacturers get sued all the time. There was one where Jeep was sued because the automatic braking was an optional feature.

Report of three injuries, possibly By ricochet and CBS is on location before the ambulance leaves. You know they were hoping for a bloodbath at a NJ range.

It’s not the only new account with the <word><number> format with semi-on topic but completely pointless comments. My guess is they’re dumping the subject into an AI tool and posting the result.

I don’t know. Maybe state charges were also filed but this case was only challenging the federal ones. Maybe the state was holding off and will continue to do so given the federal court ruling.
Since none of it directly applies to us in NJ it’s all academic anyway. As you said, let’s wait and see. More waiting on the court. As is tradition here.

It's also required to even apply for your CCW.
He was charged with illegal possession under their FOID and Carry laws, so I'm not seeing how they are seperate.
He was charged under the federal statute.

Key point. There’s no way this doesn’t die in committee.
