Curious what type of car? Miles ? Maybe I can take it off your hands.

19 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk w/26k or so.  Has the v8.  Love the thing.
Probably can’t sell it third party though. Just for logistical reasons.  When we bought/sold my wife’s car two years ago it took a month to go through the process (buy it, transfer title, sell it) and I can’t be without a car.

  2. My current lease ends in September.  Not sure what I’ll do.  I love the car but since going down to a single vehicle we need something bigger (3-row suv or van).   My thought was just to take advantage of the used market to try to get a deal on a new lease.  Let the dust settle on the market for a few years and reevaluate.

Ideally I’d buy out the lease, sell it used at a profit, and sink that into financing another car.  Since we are single vehicle I can’t do all those steps separately.

Most restaurants who serve and bars are small businesses, too. It seems odd to have 2 sets of rules for them. Micro breweries got away with paying severely reduced fees by simply selling only what they make, that would be otherwise available for purchase "to go". It seems they want to be "bars", with out the red tape.

This legislation is 100% driven by the restaurant and bar lobby.  They see microbrews cutting into their turf without the pound of flesh the state requires for a liquor license.

I can somewhat see their point though.  At some point a microbrewery is a restaurant and should get a license.  At the same time, fuck the political and lobbying BS.  These places should be allowed to have seating and team with other restaurants, delivery, etc.  Serving cocktails or another (commercial) beer makes you a bar though.

Does this mean that Murphy stops ccw in it's tracks by adding all kinds of restrictions, fees, training requirements, sensitive areas, etc. regardless of what Thomas alluded to not doing those things?

    He’s certainly trying to.

Does this mean any lawsuits regarding such have to wait to be heard by SCOTUS?

Yes. It means new lawsuits to challenge the new rules.  They don’t go directly to scotus though.  Start with the lower courts first.  In theory those courts should use Bruen as a guide and nuke them there.  In theory.

No, if you change your address it's considered a new one and you'll need to renew every 10 years like everyone else. Hopefully this gets challenged

IANAL, but my default assumption is that when you process a change of address and you are issued your “new” FID, that it will be the NEW fid with picture and 10 year expiration.

That Fn sucks.  We are in the process of moving but I have to stay in-state for..reasons.

would be universal background checks. Not the bullshit of trying to ban person to person sales, but revising NICS in a manner that it can be used for person to person sales. Make it so you can effectively run a background check on the rando who wants to buy your gun without said rando having to hand over enough information to subject themselves to identity theft.

The republicans proposed this years ago.  Democrats shot it down because they wanted their version of UBC (though FFL).

Yuck. 16 Hours falls into the realm of being prohibitive due to time and/or cost. I don't think I've had enough opportunity for 16 hours of range time all year :o

It’s basically a three day class.   That puts it out of the “weekend” category unless they want two 8-hour days.

what does this mean? they're gonna argue it then make a decision? or they did, and we can go to standard capacity?

It means the circuit decision is vacated and they’re told to reconsider based on Bruen.   So one of two things:  1) they find it unconstitutional based on Bruen or 2) they come up with even more elastic logic to uphold the ban.
The question I have is if ANJRPC can refile for an injunction based on the remanding.  That would provide relief while the circuit sits on the case
