  1. 1. Application type (FID/permit w/ existing FID). P2P 2. Police Department where you applied. Boonton Township PD 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD. Patty in Records Dept. 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit. 15 weeks. All paperwork supplied on April 23rd 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form). Consent for Mental Health Records (sp-66); Request for Criminal History Record Information for a Non-Criminal Justice Purpose (SBI-212a) 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc). Boonton Township goes back 10 years on the background check. If you've lived in another county during that period, a separate background check is required per county. Some counties have not converted to digital records, so this can cause a delay in issuing your permit.
  2. Sold out as of 10:45. Had them in my cart but got the dreaded out of stock during checkout.
  3. Great transaction with KevP. He was on time, the lower was exactly as described and he had all the paperwork ready to go for a smooth transfer. Great forum seller. Kevin is on the level and no one should hesitate doing business with him. Andrew
  4. Out of Stock and no good for NJ unless you do some smithing. " these barrels are high pressure tested, mag particle inspected and finished off with a taper pinned, f-marked, front sight post, standard handguards, and an A2 flash hider."
  5. Thanks everyone. This place is awesome and I look forward to contributing.
  6. Long time lurker but I picked up my FID and P2P yesterday so I figured it was time to make my forum membership official. I've been doing tons of research on this forum over the past few months and have found the community to be extreamly helpful, especially for us newbies that are new to gun ownership and guns in general. I have't made my first purchase yet but I'm thinking Walther PPQ 9mm and a Ruger 10/22 to start me off. Does anyone know a range that has a PPQ in 9mm as a rental? I'd love to try it before I buy it. So that said, Hello and thanks for all the info! Andrew
