You know, if my security cameras caught a crime, I'd probably be more than happy to turn over the footage of it. As soon as you deem it necessary to DEMAND I do it or that I REGISTER my equipment and provide others carte-blanche access to said equipment, you can fuck off and die.

For next year there's a running club--Essex Running Club--that charters a bus to Manhattan. The bus leaves Montclair at 9:00 AM and leaves NY at 5:00PM. Cost is $35.00. Did that a couple years ago and worked out great.
It's not cheap but you don't have to worry about a thing.

No there not needed but always a wise choice since you would have a receipt
if you sold a trailer, so why wouldn't you want one if you were selling a gun?
....My copy of the P2P signed by both the seller and buyer is my receipt. I don't need anything else.

I didn't hear anything. I was riding along and saw a sign on a fence that lead me to beleive that it was some kind of a range. Like an idiot, I didn't stop and have been to lazy to ride by again. There's really step hill going from Union Valley to clinton rd. It was right before that hill, on the right.

Speaking of which, does anybody know if there's a range in Oakridge, off Union Valley Road, on Van Orden Road, north of rt23? I think it was range. I was riding my bike and didn't stop. Google earth doesn't show anything.

As others have said, totally agree.
I do not agree that you should have to be terminal, etc.
This really feeds into the notion that we are all special snowflakes and the world would be so much worse without our unique and wonderful presence.
Our lives are a blink. If you decide yours should be half a blink, so be it. I am not your judge and neither should anyone else be.
The notion of protecting someone from themselves is alien to me. We are each, ultimately, only responsible to and for ourselves.
But I am in the minority in that thought process.

So, unlike the proverbial Fudd/sports shooter, I get it. I get that guns and gun rights go beyond what I happen to be into.
And I fully understand that every infringement, even on something that I have no interest in at all, is an infringement on MY rights as well.
Even if I could somehow be sure that the antis would stop far short of restricting the guns I own, I would oppose them at every incremental taking of OUR rights.

What do we have in a range? A bunch of good guys with guns.

Seriously, OP: face to face transactions are no different than you walking to a gun store store and buy whatever you want. Just make sure the proper documents are present, filled out and signed as a store would and you're good to go.
And BTW, the address in the DL and FPID don't have to match, but everybody requires it to do so , so you can go with that. Also, the transaction can be done anywhere you want...parkway rest area, 7-11 parking lot, church, gun range...this includes handguns. But you do it where you feel comfortable. Folks tend to gravitate to gun ranges and that's not a bad place for it.

If I ever get to raise chickens, they'll have to be in a pen. My yard is not fenced in and I have all sorts of critters roaming around.
