I dropped off my paperwork at the Hamilton NJSP station on 12/18 for a change of address and just found out that they will be checking references- 48 days into the proces

Thank you for putting this together!

Welcome from Monmouth county!

Welcome- used to live in Vernon and shot at Cherry Ridge!

Nice to see for a change-

I am going on 45 days for a change of address through the Hamilton NJSP. I call weekly and simply ask how it is going, what specifically are they waiting for, is there anything I can do and how long do they anticipate it taking.
I also inform them that I know they are busy but it has been 45 days now and I feel that the wait is excessive. I then thank them for their time.

Welcome from Millstone!

Greetings from Millstone NJ!

Hi everyone,
Here is a sample of the latest round of letters, faxes and emails I am sending out to each bill sponsor-
Dear Assemblyman Cryan,
As a NJ taxpayer I ask that you and your peers stop introducing these ineffective anti-gun bills.
As a NJ resident I know there are more pressing issues that need our attention such as job growth, the economy, education (public primary and secondary) and property taxes.
Please stop wasting my tax-payer money by introducing these frivolous anti-second amendment bills.
Sincerely,
-
Does anyone have any information on where and how we can donate specifically to support this lawsuit?

42 days and counting for a change of address through the NJSP. I guess I will just keep calling once a week to check on the status and see if there is anything I need to do on my end.
Very frustrating!
-
Well...I guess ther are no other pressing issues in this great state that need dealing with, such as job creation, education, property taxes, bringing more indusrty back into the state.
It loks like guns are the only problem these days!
-
Finally- a rational response!
-
I need to add something like that to my email tag line!
-
Got the same one, but I still continue calling, emailing, faxing and mailing letters
-
Agree that we need to do all of the above - call, email, regular mail and fax. Both at the local and federal level
-
They are all ful of it- but we still need to keep on writing, calling, faxing and emailing!

She actually sponsored 1 bill and co-sponsored another. Both of which would cost $$ to try and comply with and in direct conflict with the federal HIPPA guidelines regarding sharing of personal medical records.

So, I have started calling, faxing, writing and emailing members of the NJ legislature that have sponsored the recent anti- gun bills letting them know that I don't support such legislation and will not support candidates that support such legislation.
I just had to share, word for word, what I received from Jimenez.
Hopefully this isn't a canned letter, just look at the spelling.

Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding bill A3676. I Understand there are many different opinions and points of view with respect to this legislation. It is my hope that this legslation, along with the many other bills introudced by my colleagues in the legislature on this matter, will begin a worhtwile and healthy dialogue about this topic.

Since I don't have a local PD we have to go to the NJSP in Hamilton. For the P2Ps they have been calling references within about 2 weeks of receiving the paperwork.
I am going on 41 days though for a change of address on my FID
