Applied for 3 Handgun permits from Woodbine Barracks on 2/22. Still have nothing. When I called the barracks they said it's Trenton holding it up.

Applied at the NJSP Woodbine Barracks on Jan 12th for only a FID. Was fingerprinted on Jan 17th. Called a couple times every couple weeks. Every response I got back was that everything was sitting in Trenton. Finally called my State Senator Jeff Van Drew on April 1st. Basically told me that its not right everyone is treated like criminals who want to legally own firearms. Told me he would do what he could to push my application along. Got the call on April 19th that my FID was ready to be picked up at the Woodbine Barracks. Now off the purchase my first firearm.

I applied at Woodbine as well. My check was cashed last week as well for an initial FID. I am on day 75 now. I hoping the cashed check means its at the end of the process and not the beginning.

Called first week in March to find out the status. Was told at the latest I'd have it on March 14th. Called March 15th because I hadn't heard anything and the trooper I talked to sounded in a bad mood. Told me that its not like they are just sitting around the station and that I'd get my ID when its done. He blamed the wait on Trenton and said it has nothing to do with them and Trenton is taking forever to get all the applicants approved.
