I have been to this location twice. Love the place! Clean, friendly people yet very professional. BY FAR the best range I have visited. The two times I have visited has not been crowded at all, I get there, pay, and start shooting right away. The equipment is all new and state of the art.

1. Application type (FID/permit w/ existing FID): FID with 1 handgun permit 2. Police Department where you applied: Fair Lawn 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD: Firearms Division 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit: Less than 3 weeks (I am not kidding) 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form): Notarized form stating I am not a criminal, alcoholic, narcotics user, never been in mental institution 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process (unforeseen difficulties, chief of police calling your home, you hiring an attorney, etc.): Submitted docs on 3/21/13 - done by 3/5/13 Kudos to the Fair Lawn Police Dept.

God bless the Fair Lawn PD, I submitted my papers (Firearm ID Card and Permit to purchase Handgun) on March 21, 2013. I got a call from the FLPD to go pick my ID Card and Permit on April 5, 2013 (Less than 3 weeks!!!!!).
