  1. Name the store. I can't remember even seeing a brick lately, let alone at .03/rd. I'm not about to debate my price. They're on gun-broker now and I've got some loser from this forum Sending me private messages saying I'm a cheat, and looking to rip people off. I'm losing money on this deal. Look on gunbot and tell me where you can get .22lr for under .12/rd?? Last thing I need is some asshole jamming up my inbox because he can't wrap his head around the current market. BTW- it's nobody that's replied to this post.
  2. I JUST received 500 from Midway last Friday that I paid .15/rd plus shipping.
  3. What seems to be a good price to start? I'm figuring .10/rd and .12/rd. gunbot isn't showing anything cheaper than .12/rd available.
  4. That's exactly what I thought. But he pretty much told me that I'd get charged. Honestly, I figure it's a way to deter me or anyone from having them, but I figure it's not worth it.
  5. Sorry about that. Face to face is what I meant. I had a discussion with an LEO today. He basically told me that if I'm caught with them, regardless of where I'm going (like to my club) I'm getting charged. It probably wouldn't go to trial, but that's like putting a condom on after she's pregnant.
  6. Thanks Griz. Any states I should worry about shipping to?
  7. I'm not looking to split anything up. Sorry. What do I need to know about shipping?
  8. OK, looking to sell about 2050 rounds of .22lr that are hollow point. Assorted brands. Going to list on gunbroker, but dont know what restrictions there may be. Anyone willing to learn me on ammo sales From NJ?
  9. Another smooth transaction last night with Steve. Great guy, lots of knowledge, and really made my day with my new MP15. Next trip will be with the wife for a "fitting" of a handgun she's been wanting.
  10. I was wondering about the NJ law regarding to home protection and if it applies to a camper. I'm going to be buying a travel trailer to spend weekends with the family at many different parks across jersey, PA, and NY. Since this would be my temporary residence, could I have a HD 12ga mounted in a closet? More concerned about NJ law. Thanks.
  11. Remember when jersey WASN'T Longer Island? Ha
  12. I have one and its fine. For now at least. I have a scoped 22 with a bipod, a 30-30 lever, a 870 12 ga and a browning A-5. They all fit on one side and the other side I use for ammo. Moving it was easy too. Took the door off, borrowed a appliance cart w/strap, and the wife was able to help me bring it up 12 carpeted steps. The lock is great, and comes with 2 Skelton keys. I have them hidden throughout the house jus in case. It can be programmed easily with 3 or 4 digits. Mine isn't bolted down yet but it should be fairly easy. The 14 gun gets cramped, but for the price I paid $350, ill just get another one when I need it.
  13. Moisture travels through concrete via capillary action, or just think of the concrete as a sponge. If there's water on or below it, it'll soak it in and gas it out. If you're worried about that, sandwich a piece of plywood between tar paper. The tar paper will prevent the plywood from wicking moisture and expelling in upwards into your safe via the mounting holes.
  14. Slight drift here; When I was born, my father also brought home a shepherd/malamute mix. The dog was big, beautiful, and extremely protective. All to the point that my mother demanded the unthinkable; that he be in a pen outside during the day. She didn't have the time to socialize the dog to strangers, and with the old man working long hours, the dog became territorial and his predator drive was insane. He'd get loose every so often and although he wasn't a threat to any human, any animal was fair game. When my father would come home, he'd bring the dog inside and he'd be fine with us. But if the doorbell rang, he was "ready". To this day, my goal Is to get a GS, but only when I retire and have the time to devote to training.
