    I've been smoking plenty.  Went to a couple of lounges when I was in MN last week.
    I've been smoking plenty myself, It's been warm enough that I have been smoking on my porch the last few weeks....

    BTW those Oliva V's are one of my favs !

    He doesn't want the national ccw bill in with this because he knows anything with an AWB ban attached to it has no chance of passing. 

    This is the perfect time to push for national CCW. Always bragging about great deal making and negotiating blah blah blah....Anything has a chance of passing if both sides give something. 

     

    Who only gives but receives nothing in a negotiation especially when the argument of more armed good guys / gals would help with the deterring or stopping bad guys / gals with guns makes complete sense and would help in working to solve the problem.

     

    Everyone said Obama was coming for our guns ?? Republicans control all 3 branches and I am more worried now of our 2A rights then the entire 8 years of the past administration.

    This is exactly my point from another thread....a simple exercise in critical thinking. IF an 18 year old is not mature/responsible enough to purchase/own a firearm (of any type), THEN they are not, by the same logic, mature/responsible enough to drive a 4000+ lb motor vehicle that unquestionably kills more 18 year olds annually than firearms ownership by people of the same age. 
    I will not kick and scream too loudly if the government changes the age to purchace to 21, as long as they apply the logic equally across the board (which they will not). 
     
    Regarding Lakota’s other point about companies infringing upon our 2nd amendment rights being ok....I feel it’s their business, thier rules. We can choose not to support those who are against us. Let the consumer decide if they are right or wrong, and let the chips fall where they may. I have the feeling  Dicks (and others) who have taken this political motivated policy stance against the 2A are about to get a hard lesson in the ‘Law of Unintended Consequences’. 
    I agree on the point of immaturity of an 18 year old everything should be raised not just firearms if that is the true logic.

    Think about Florida where you get your license at 16 ?? Which 16 is super immature and driving a 4k vehicle.

    You can join the military at 18 and handle " actual " assault weapons not semi auto's.

    Oh and voting as well, if you cannot be trusted to perform other adult like activities you surely should not be able or trusted to cast a mature vote if you cannot even buy a beer.

    What would you propose if the AR 15 was banned but the next nut case used a " FDE not black " FN Scar or a "wood stock not black " Ruger mini 14 or a etc etc.....so on and so forth....Let me guess you would support a ban on them too which could lead to a ban on all semi autos to take away a right from good law abiding citizens who exercise that right for home defense, competitions, hunting etc....but you are a 2A supporter, really ?

     

    You can't ban every firearm for some delusional pretend it will do a damn thing to save a life legislation.... IT IS A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED NOT A FIREARM PROBLEM

     

    Oh and an AR is not an "assault weapon " I would post the definition of an assault weapon for you but since your a 2A supporter you should already know that.

    I agree, that's why I shopped at midway instead but now the previous post said midway is pulling stunts..... so do we boycott everyone who changes dumb policy or just use them for what they have that is cheaper to save money. Believe me our emails don't mean a dann thing to them.
