Just got the VP9 from H&K a few weeks ago. It's now my second favorite that I own. The PPQ is just as stellar from what I've heard. Sounds like your review reinforces that. Is Walther affiliated with H&K? I feel like it is... They seem to make similar stuff.

I've found fairly reasonable prices at targetsportsusa. Their prices are pretty much back to "pre-panic" levels. Saw a case of Remington 9mm for $230 just yesterday. 1000 round case. Case of 45 around $380. These are both free shipping.

Splat, you need to shoot a 1911. They are arguably the greatest handguns ever designed. I understand that's a bold statement. I get why people love their glocks, but IMHO you can't beat a 1911.
