that's foolish.....our instructor who gave us the course is a NJSP Cert. Instructor so.....seems to me at this point it's meaningless when they move the goal post for the next round..."Interim"......has a meaning.

So how is this going to be addressed on 10/1....we also shot HQC1 as it says in our NJSP instructor's report while Anthony the Great is stating everyone tested before 7/1 needs to requalify unless you were signed off by a judge....the entire corrupted process and all the thousands of permits issued will be exactly what it is...another NJ money scam......worthless........omo.

so what is #2...a blanket statement...we complied with HQC1, shot the COF and our instructor is both NRA and NJSP certified and is on the NJSP list....now who is doing the notifiying that all these permits are void..

So please explain if you can, who is to say what COF you shot and passed doesn't qualify under HQC 2 and how will you be notified by you local PD or NJSP that you permit is invalid.....same ones here who jumped in the early rush before the panic began.....we shot HQC 1, the 60 round course and passed....is that not sufficient.....IMO, the wait and see make more sense that running off again half cocked....omo.

this is a sad day that we have to have this discussion here in NJ....the 2A is for everyone, not just for other folks in other states....omo.

So how do they plan on notifying individuals that have already tested ie. shot the HQC1 COF which was a 60 round test and have complied vs some ranges who made up their own requirements to test....just announcing a cut off date doesn't do it for those that have documents stating they have complied with HQC1.....explain please.
