  1. I wouldn't waste my money on anything besides Arsenal or Saiga or Vepr. Serbian PAP is Ok.

I got C39v2 about year ago and nothing besides troubles after, main one is soft metal issues. I replaced trigger first with Tapco and after this bolt and carrier. I got polish radom bolt, works great after. 3k shots only, Century is crap AK maker, believe me.

  2. 7.62 and 5.45 options available from Bob over at Cheyenne Gunsmith in Manville. I've bought a couple of guns from him and he's been great to deal with every time:

Just got my Arsenal slr104 from Bob, excellent buy! He did all required NJ pinning and blocking and I got mag with limiter as well. Thanks for suggestion, highly recommended gunsmith!

  3. Tavor is great, finally available in many stores. I own one since Nov 2015 and it is absolute joy to shot. I got 9mm conversion to it and it is very easy to convert procedure. I would buy X95 as well as soon as they are in stores.

  4. I disliked bullpups myself until I bought and started shooting my Tavor and PS90.....hands down amazing

Same, own both and AK/AR's as well, and I love Tavor and PS90. Both great shooters and quality rifles. I am changing Tavor to 9mm winter time for indoor range and it is 10min of work conversion. I would buy X95 as soon I will see it in stores, unfortunatly we should wait long here ...

Thanks but after replacing pretty much all inside of my C39v2 I am very sceptical about Century made AK's. They should go away of soft metal issues first. I installed Polish Radom bolt and carrier and Tapco trigger and now it is OK but not what I like to do anyway.

Just placed order with this store for Arsenal slr104 5.45, hopefully it will not take to much time until pickup. They are just 11 miles away from my house and I chat with Bob about all details. Thanks a lot!
