What this form means? When you are getting lower to build or you are getting factory made firearm you are using exactly the same forms while you are at your FFL facility.

Agree, there is no record besides NICS on these firearms, how would they know you build it or got factory made? I am thinking of getting another upper to my other same size and I am scared but logically upper just a part, same as BCG or whatever.

Hi, I am trying to get FFL for transfer/compliance job which is faster than month to wait until he could do it any place around Central Jersey. Nothing special is required besides FFL transfer and NJ compliance like muzzle brake pin/weld, stock pin etc. I am working with couple of them already and they are either extremely slow or not returning my calls or busy all summer long etc, and it is getting worse while covid. Thanks a lot!

Hi, not sure if this is even possible at all in NJ but can I buy/attach another complete upper to my other lower, sure with all required by NJ compliance like pinned brake and vertical grip etc? If yes, does it require to be made by the same company as other lower? Also, should it be same barrel length as original? Thanks!
