    Not to be sarcastic. I understand that It opened the door for PA. But unfortunately I spend 90% of my time in NJ, Work, family, kids activities. I'm always here, but glad to know I'm safe in PA when and if I go there or any other state that allows me to carry.

    And when 1 or more 2A organizations file strategic, well thought out cases - with the i's dotted and t's crossed (as best as we non-lawyers can assess anyway) - it will be incumbent on the rest of us to recognize that lawsuits are long, labor-intensive things that COST a bloody fortune. So, as long as they step out smartly on the legal front (and I believe they will - this is a much different situation now as I'm sure these organizations realize), it will be incumbent on us to uncomplainingly, unflinchingly start making regular donations. Because this won't be a cheap process... but it will be a necessary one.

    Question, you guys know then me, I hope..but how did other places get lawsuits to the higher courts and we can't. D.C. comes to mind

    Thank you for the offer, I was offered the same deal by a dealer much closer to me in Bergen County..

    Also want to thank all who responded, I purchased the Remington 870 from Cabelas. 

     Maybe I'm crazy but might also get the Mossberg.

    I was also looking at the 870. The Mossberg also had the wood stock. Really like the look of the wood stock. It gas a classic look. Will check out the cabelas one.

    When they ship aren't the boxes labeled ORM-D. What if,  They created another label for ammo. if it has it cannot be delivered to certain states, can be refused by carrier.

    Saw this last night, did you see christies comment, I've put it below, now with Murphy who knows what happens.

    Even Christie, a Republican who has pardoned a number of out-of-state residents caught up in New Jersey's strict gun laws, is against the change. Christie said it's a state's rights issue that the federal government should stay out of.
