Lacey Township Police Department Jan 4th dropped off paperwork to police station. Jan 5th fingerprinted. Jan 13th both references received and returned forms. Feb 3rd called to pick-up FID and 2 P2P Start to finish was exactly 30 Days

Well guys I got my state police letter today (15.85 weeks) saying they removed the files. I was told this is the golden letter and I should be good to go to apply now. If I have any issues I kept all my records wish me luck. I will keep updated on how long the permit process takes.

Over 15 weeks now......

I mailed my final order to the NJSP over ten weeks ago. Hopefully I should get my notification from the NJSP soon. I called the NJSP expungement unit to see what the current wait time for processing is but I always get a machine.
