  1. I'll ask again, when you load/unload in a parking lot and some mom's demand action chick calls 911 what then? If we're going along with this, then understand that it is a catch-22. Break one law in lieu of breaking another. They're going to get us, every single one, and that's what this restriction is designed to do. You can't prove otherwise.
  2. I was looking at Tusk cases for my wr. I have an Indian with leather bags that don't lock though.
  3. They weren't allowed to be armed inside carriages or on horseback?
  4. You're misunderstanding. I'm saying is there a good mountable case for a motorcycle/atv? There are parking options on the main road so I wouldn't be taking a gun on school property. That's the whole reason I asked.
  5. So instead load/unload in a parking lot and wait for someone to call 911 and possibly be arrested or shot. Basically if we're going to go along with any of this, you better only carry when you intend on walking to your destination.
  6. How about for a motorcycle that doesn't have lockable saddlebags? You know for the rare event that one finds themselves on a motorcycle and has to stop at their child's school or something?
  7. I highly recommend everyone take a use of force class regardless of CCW status. It was worth every second.
  8. Agreed, but they have to be pointing a gun or knife at you. It will still be on you to prove it. This woman that was abducted and murdered while jogging in Tennessee, I have to wonder if that happened here and she shot that piece of shit how it would have gone down. He was technically unarmed? By the time he grabbed her she would have had to draw and fire her weapon. Then she has to prove that he intended to abduct her. The whole "he was a good boy" argument starts to come out from the shitty family. I'm sure he has some mother reminiscent of Bonnie Watson Coleman. Idk the answer, I'm just thinking about it all.
  9. Which goes right along with the loading outside of your car in a parking lot. The great state of grey areas, where you just never know what crime you may be committing.
  10. Ok gents (and hopefully ladies) just dropped off at my local PD. The woman there was ready to go and very nice. What an outstanding experience. It's nice to have people that clearly support the second amendment. Now we wait.
  11. That's what I'm thinking... All by design. Just more nonsense to make you wonder what will get you arrested or killed.
  12. And that's exactly why they don't want you to. They want you to just give up the car, money, etc. You can't use a firearm to defend property in NJ anyway.
  13. Everyone in that court room knows that they WANT to deny you. That in and of itself is intimidating. That some judge is going to tell you it's ok to practice your second amendment right after having met every dumb requirement that the state has set forth. It's just nonsense. On top of that were already seeing judges make up laws as they go.
  14. I would assume to brow beat you, but I think cal is right, intimidation. Probably to dissuade people from going through with it. Everything in this godforsaken state is based upon making it just a little harder, or inconvenient. If I'm going to be bothered with taking a day off to go to court it should be issued at that meeting. Why do they suck?
  15. My brother is a police officer and said similar which is why I mentioned it.
  16. My "Pay back" would be not to follow that order at all. Good luck having probable cause to search me inside my vehicle. I'm not loading/unloading my gun in parking lots.
  17. This isn't our fucking problem. They decided this is how it was going to be.
  18. I wrote it all out and for complexion wrote "light". Lol hope that's ok.
  19. If I can't get off of work to go to court and THATS the reason I get denied, I'm going to sue the absolute shit out of Middlesex with all the aforementioned time that I don't have.
  20. Thanks guys. I guess I'm just concerned that if we get some sort of restricted permit or denied for some ridiculous reason, there won't be any course of action with just the basic coverage.
  21. Do you have to have the identity protection package to get answers to application questions? I'm mulling over which add-ons I absolutely need.
