    Agreed.  But that's the shame of it all.  The only thing we can trust them for is that they will claw and scratch to the end just to get re-elected.  Making us safe and viable is no longer their goal.  That's moved way down on their list.

    Just like the mag laws, he'll screw all the retired LEOs too.  We look at them as cops but if they have to fire their weapon they no longer have the backing of the township, state or unions.  They need it as much as anyone else.

    Yeah.  I saw the video before I realized it.  One trigger, two fingers.  So we need a finger loop hole.  It still kind of seems more like a knock'm downer than a killer.  And how safe would you feel with that trigger set-up in your pants?

    They would offer a plea deal first though, to save face.

    I would like to think that it’s more likely to be used as an add on to a higher crime. On it face it seems like more of a nuisance charge. BUT! You never know.

    That's exactly the type of hair splitting definitions that got Clinton cleared when Monica waxed his weasel.  When he said he did not have sex with that woman and they proved he did, he then proved sex to legally be defined as needing penetration to be called sex.
