Taking into account ammo availability and pricing, mg GSG-5 has become my favorite. Fun to shoot and always draws attention.

Don't have the 527, but I did purchase the 452fs. Great quality and very accurate and very nice wood. (One of these days I'll figure out how to post pictures). Thinking about the 527 varmint kevlar for next rifle purchase.

I have been reloading shot shells for trap for over 15 years,however the last year and half it was cheaper to but Remington Gun Club from Dicks when they were on sale with rebates running this combined with coupons worked out to some pretty good deals. Lead shot was very hard to find and very expensive, I saw prices up to $65.00 for a 25 lb bag. I have some canvas bags from years ago marked $12.95 for a 25 lb bag. I find reloading to be relaxing, I want to start reloading for metallic cartridges but I'll wait until reloading supplies become plentiful again.

After seeing some throwers in action and doing some research I purchased a Champion Easy Bird thrower with an oscillating base and cart. When We go trap shooting we usually shoot 3-4 cases and the machine functions without a hitch. I have a wobbler on order and currently I am installing a 12 volt transformer so I can plug it in at the range (this way I don'y have to transport a heavy battery if electric is available).
