Interesting how Canadians are blaming America for the guns being smuggled into Canada.

Interesting how all the laws you support and agree with are on the books in Canada and a fucking old man that worked as a denture technician was the mastermind behind the evil.  He single handedly circumvented all your bullshit laws and won the day.  Bravo Karen.

no, the government decided that only FFL's could be the people to sell you the ability to exercise your constitutional right.

Only if you live in California, New Jersey, Hawaii, New York and Massachusetts IIRC.  The rest of America allows you to buy privately.

I've got you beat if you count the ones I was unsuccessfully able to do business with. For those that actually completed a transaction for me, I'm a few short.

I didn't count Pennsylvania ones or ones I used but not for transfers.  I also used Cabela's (AR15) and a little shop in Montrose PA.  I also used the Polish FFL in Woodbridge but I can't remember his name.

    Found him

  4. As a connoisseur of FFLs across this vast state, (Mastadon Ammo and Camo, Caso's, Bullet Hole, GSSC, TJ sporting arms, JT Custom guns, Armament Gunsmithing, PK90, LouieGS outdoors, Ray's Sport shop, Oakridge firearms, Cheyenne gunsmithing and OMG custom guns) I like most of them.  Not all of them. 20 bucks isn't going to kill me and I see it as supporting the 2A.

I don't think anyone here, maybe outside of@Pizza Bob has bought from more FFLs than me.

It's a good intention idea, but in practice, there's too many idiots mishandling guns in school as it is. And I bet they all say the same thing. "Not me." "I'm responsible." "I've had training." So how do you tell the dumbasses from those who would take it seriously?

So by your logic, we shouldn't allow people to drive.  Or drink.  Or have sex and reproduce?  What are you talking about?

This is why liberalism is a mental disorder.   You don't know what's better for me, let me decide that.   That's called liberty.  Libertarians, like myself, having been screaming this for years.  You do you, I'll do me.  Leave me the fuck alone and I'll leave you alone.  But oh no, here comes @Greenday to tell me I don't need 30 round magazines and hate speech is illegal.

I just don't see why it's a big deal that some accessories which make it too deadly when irresponsibly used aren't allowed.

When did a flash suppressor help kill someone?

When did a folding stock help kill someone?

You're not on our side, you never were.  But, God forbid one day in the future their gonna come for your 10 round magazines and pump shotgun, and your gonna say "But I comply!"  Sorry, too late.

I lost a lot of respect for you, I hope you either see the light or go away.

And yet you could still buy rifles, you could still get handguns, you could still get shotguns. You could still enable yourself to fire lead thousands of feet per second. You could still enable yourself (with training) to hit a target over 1,000 yards away. You could still do just about anything you want. Just like in present day NJ, you could still own a gun easily, get guns easily legally, and do just about whatever you wanted.

What?  So, I signed an oath to defend the Constitution so I could only have 10 rounds and a none adjustable stock?  Why are you even here?

It doesn't matter. Every election year, it happens just in case it is the year where Democrats suddenly do win and decide to ban everything even though it won't be.

Assault weapons ban of 94 Democrats, which your rapist/war monger/global government lover/socialist pick would disagree.

Good. Everyone thought this case was going to be the end all of 2a cases. Something, something, strict scrutiny, blah, blah. Whereas, it was only going to benefit about 6,000 NY gun owners. Now, maybe the Supreme Court can take a real 2a case that will actually benefit the whole 2a community.

BTW, this case had nothing to do with NY carry, it was only about transportation.

This kind of made sense, but I don't know.  They could have used this case to set a precedent over whether the 2A is allowed in the public, basically.  But there are at least 2 other concealed carry cases being brought up to the court so maybe they can only punt so many times.
