    This is totally expected.

The next thing will be for CA to appeal it to the 9th Circus and from recent example, the same anti-gun en banc panel will grab it and stay the ruling even though they will have to ignore their own assignment rules to do so.

    They've already filed the appeal.

This is another step in the ping pong battle.  The lawsuit was originally filed back in 2019.  https://www.firearmspolicy.org/miller

I’m not a police officer, are hollow points legal for me to possess?

Yes.  They are legal for purchase and possess in your home or on land owned by you.  They are legal to possess and use at a gun range.  They are also legal to possess while traveling to and from such places. Ammunition lacking a hollow cavity at the tip, such as those with a polymer filling, are not considered to be hollow point ammunition.  An example of this can be seen with the Hornady Critical Defense / Critical Duty, Cor-Bon PowRball / Glaser Safety Slug and Nosler Inc. Defense ammunition.

In support of your point, I just watched the Guns and Gadgets segment below.   Your post and that video has me considering taking it back off until a final ruling is made.  The ATF apparently is saying since they don't know who is or is not a member of these organizations,  they are going to still go after people.

  4. What's your budget?  I've got a couple I wouldn't mind getting rid of.  They're all shooters.

    Marlin Model 90 - 12ga. 2 3/4" chamber, IM/Mod chokes. 28" barrels, with Extractors.

    Older Stoeger (E R Amantino marked) Condor I 12ga

However the State May Attempt to Label Them, the Banned Arms are Indisputably in Common Use for Lawful Purposes.  Even if the banned firearms were considered a separate category of arms rather than simply examples of semiautomatic firearms, they still easily satisfy the common use test

    Read the entire filing here:

  6. Body armor should be protecting your vitals - Heart/Lungs/Liver.  It should generally be out of the way, but I just threw on my Level IV's to check.... It definitely does not work as well as with a concealed vest, but it was out of the way enough to draw.  That being said, if I have to throw on my Level IV's I'm going overt and not worried about a concealed holster...

Have you tried practicing with the soft armor on?

I’m about to buy a couple Neo mags.

My question is do you guys use the regular or extended clip? They say the extended will give you better concealment since it seats deeper in your pants pocket but is it more clumsy to access with this feature ?

    I use the regular
