So the break does not have to be welded like an AR?

Hi Everyone, I just purchased a hight point carbine and I am realy looking forward to getting out and shooting it! I was looking over the accessories for this gun and they offer a break for $15. However, by adding this break would this make the gun illegal for NJ?

I was thinking about something like a nice Mil surplus. Perhaps a good condition nagant revolver or a 9mm. New is also great but I know my budget is tight. I was thinking the gun at most to be $250 and maybe out the door $275 - $300.

Hello Everyone, Thank you for your responces to my question. We have decided to upgrade the same to a Franklin series, they have a really nice one on sale at the store. We also tried to price match the Flordia and after speaking to the sales rep he told us that the Liberty Store in Florida was going out since they did not comply with Liberties standards of sales. However, the salemen maked down the safe even more for us by $400 dollars!!! Woo!! Hoo!! Now the only problem we are having is to upgrade one more step to the Lincon or stay with the Franklin. Also should we get the electronic lock or stay with the mechanical just in case there were a large surge or EMP. Anyone have any suggestions?

I was wondering how thick is 11 gage steel? Is it strong enough to resist and break in? We also check the Florida and we are going to check to see if they will match it tomorrow. It was almost 300 dollars cheaper.

I own the Beretta 92 Vertec model and let me tell you this gun is very reliable. However, there are a few things to consider. The gun is very heavy for a 9mm so if you plan to carry out of state it might not be a good choice. Also many of the new ones have plastic parts which include the guide rod and trigger. I am not sure if this affects the reliability but its certainly effects the feel of the gun. I replaced the plastic guide rod with a wolf stainless rod and it made the gun smooth as glass. Lastly the Beretta has a very very heavy trigger and long take up which is not the best for competion shooting for such as IDPA. Don't get me wrong its a good gun just takes some getting used to. If you purchase the gun I learned through other Beretta 92 shooters to make sure to cover the target you are shooting with the sights since they do not line up like shooting a traditional striker fired gun such as an XD or M&P.

Hello Everyone, The other week my brother and I visitied the liberty safe store in Mt. Laurel. The salesmen was excellent and the safes seemed very nice! We are possibly looking to purchase the Fatboy 62 gun safe with the electronic lock so I was wondering if anyone on the forums owns this safe? If so, what do you think of the safe? Is there anything you discovered about the safe after your purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jrzyguy29, I actually never found out what the source of the commotion was but I hope they caught the person who was running. According to the crime logs WD & Mantua have been having lot of drug issues.

This is to close for comfort! Gibbstown is about ten mins from my house! The same thing happened to my friend who also lives in Gibbstown by the Shoprite about a year ago and they also never caught the intruder that I know of. They tore out his entire back window and stole his rings, computer, camera and watches. This type of thing is really ticks me off! I am really concerned for my families safety. Was this during the day?

Nascar, Thank you for the reply I purchased a set of Uniden radios from Bass Pro, the radio link is below. I discovered it has something call a boost feature which allows the radio to operate at max capasity. I believe this feature uses the repeaters but I am not sure. I am looking also into the license but I am not totally sure on which one to get. Do you perhaps know?
