  1. thats awsome... i shot some cheap 500 and it send out a muzzleblast and a plume of smoke... comparable to a 12 gauge blank lol...

im having a hard time finding any 500 rounds up by me... willing to sell any of your reloads?

    Jared,

Due to liability, I dont sell reloads. Especially not when they are loaded to the edge (tecnically, over the edge) of max pressure. 60,000PSI in a handgun is no joke!

    EDIT:

I am GlennP, forgot to switch accounts. Ugh!

  2. ...the temeratures in the vacinity of the firearme may not have reached temperatures hot enough to anneal or ruin the tempering of the steel...

Thats the thing, cant be sure. Plus you dont know if some spots got hotter than others. Not likely with a handgun but if its a rifle the stock may be only charred meanwhile the muzzle was roasting red hot, who knows. The whole "It MAY be OK" is iffy to me.

Rockwell will only tell you hardness. Hardness isnt the only trait that you need in a firearm, it may have actually become harder but more brittle in the fire.

  3. 1) Your 9mm is most likely legal as long as its magazine is no more than 15 round capacity. AR-15 would need to have no bayonet lug and have either no muzzle device, or a brake permenently attached. No flash hiders. So if its not legal now you can alter it to be legal.

    2) None at all

    3) No

    4) Yes you can legally, unless its a private range that requires FID for membership (some do)

    5) Anything more than 15 rounds, and yes, a 16 round magazine or more will land you in jail. This is unless its a fixed magazine on a non-semi automatic
