  1. Tell me what's wrong with Ford? Every Ford I've ever owned has gone over 200-300k without issue.
  2. Yea I LOVE the scout too. And I know the Jeep came with a v8 although the straight 6 was a far better engine. And yes my wife loves her bronco more than life itself.
  3. Not to mention every girl wants or has one as does all the sandle wearing flamers I see. The old jeeps are cool as hell but the new ones, they aren't near what they used to be.
  4. Come on now. Jeep doesn't have a v8. Jeeps rot out like hell, frames are junk, and worse of all their owned by Chrysler!!!
  5. Ok so I've been goin back and forth with my bank and privatemarketflood. Basically I'm tired of the my bank saying they need one thing then private saying they sent it and basically not doing anything g with my bank to settle these issues. I can't make phone calls while I'm at work so it's been really hard for me to get this sorted out. Can any of you direct me to another company with reasonable rates?

I can agree only if short term means like under 5 years. Renting a decent size home usually costs at least $1200 to way more. I pay that for my mortgage, taxes, and insurance. I've lived in my he for 13 years and I'm ready to sell. I owe $98k and my he is worth around $160k. So if I rented this entire time I would have nothing to show for it where as when I go to sell whatever equity I have will go toward a down payment on my next home.

What does red roof inn have to do with a cabin? Also who wants to stay at a grungy cabin? Look a cabin in campgrounds. For a basic cabin with no electricity or plumbing it's usually at least $100 a night.
  9. Haha you and me both. I still have the decal.
  10. A7x ain't nearly as good as they used to be. Seen them twice in the past in the pits and man their stage is one of the best I've ever seen including Slipknot

Actually even primitive cabin rentals START at $99 a night and are very small. So for a 5 night stay I can own my own and its much larger and I can act like a huge ahole without someone telling me to settle down! Theres been plenty of nights where we would come home from the bar around 3 am and just start shooting fireworks. Or light a bonfire and crank the tunes way up. Dont try that in a campground.

I see your thought on this and agree to a point. I pay $500 year and I own it. Thats only a few trips to a nice campground and that $ is gone. I like working on the property, taking friends and family up there, and chilling with the locals. To me it makes living in NJ not too aweful because I know i have an escape. Now I do wish I had bought the property in Pa and a couple hours closer for a place to retire. Hell I might just sell it and do it all over again.

Funny you should say that. Wife and I were watching fixer upper and can't believe what you can buy for so little in Texas. And most of the houses they look at are beautiful to begin with.
  15. The accountant was one of the best movies I've seen in a really long time.

Oh and btw, when I was looking for a spot I want NO amenities. Just so happened my property already had electric. The reason they call it the great outdoors is because your supposed to OUTSIDE with nature. It's obvious to me that today's creature comforts have made most of you soft.

There's no f-in way that I put a well on my property and I can recoup that $. NO WAY! If it were a house maybe but this is just a cabin. You pansies do what you want. Even if it were half that I wouldn't do it. Guess you northerners are REALLLLLLYYYY SOFT!!!!!

Don't act likea typical ahole from NJ and u should be fine. With that being said, my family is from WV. WEVE traveled all around the state and almost everyone is so friendly I thought I must look like someone they knew. BUT, once we got to the real deep sticks, those people will kill you instantly and not even think twice and I'm speaking from experience.

I have no idea why you guys would pay $10000+ for a well to be dug for a place you might go to 3-4 times a year? My cabins plumbing is sufficient and only takes one more step. The only thing that sucks is bringing water up with me but 55 gallons last me the weekend.
