  1. They have pretty decent sales on a fairly regular basis. I just recently got some very nice lightly used Mec-gar 226 mags from them at a very nice price. Oh and yes they ship quickly and have good service, too.
  2. I have one that looks an awful lot like that. Same sheath, too. Over a pound of recycled truck spring. I love it.
  3. Kind of an old thread, but I had to reply to this. I went with a 617 because I also have a 686, and the 617 makes a great training tool. It's a slightly smaller frame (K to L) but the weight and balance is the same. The trigger is kind of heavy on the 617 (for reliability, as someone said) but it makes the 686's trigger feel that much better. If you decide to go DA, go Smith. And yes, having an SO who's supportive of shooting is a wonderful thing.
  4. I have 2 CPO Sigs, they were both in great condition. It's a great way to get a big discount on a Sig. The only problem I've heard of regarding CPO Sig's is that originally the finish Sig used when they refinished the guns wasn't very good. But that was cleared up years ago. (You may run into this if you do online searches, I did. But it's old news and doesn't apply any more.)
